Anyone remember or saw in concert Lansing, Michigan’s “Simken Heights“ when they toured with their 2 album’s ”Ashtray Junkies” in 1993 & “Smoke Box” 1995. Searching for any Simken Heights memorabilia you or your fam might have to digitize & post. Their original DJ is putting together something really dope for all of the Simken Heights fans who bumped their sounds in the 90’s just before in 1997 when MASS called it quits with Simken Heights. I admit it’s taken a minute to get DJ Freshkuttz video documentary released along with the other beats that he made in the 90’s but he confirmed his video documentary is finally complete that focuses on his DJ career

Also, For all of the Cap-One fans, he burned his bridges by ride’n’ on the coat tail of the Simken Heights brand when he was told specifically, “When you do your solo recordings, do not use the Simken Heights name“ so Freshkuttz will never make a beat again for Cap-One. In my opinion Cap-One and Raw Society clearly have the best chemistry so Cap should hit up RAW and do a reunion album. Also, I want to say that MASS is in limbo but the reality is he has moved on from Simken Heights so all we have will be any memorabilia you all might have to share for the Simken Heights Dedication/Tribute Blog. The good news is Freshkuttz did save other 90’s recordings of J-Rome before he was shot and killed in 93 so Freshkuttz plan is to first release his video documentary once he finds a distributor, next is to release his solo album ”Holloway of Life” and then he will release all the beats he made including the rare recordings with J-Rome who is the brother of MASS. So With the online social media presence, the Simken Heights brand has unfortunately diminished but we have noticed that there is still a great rising interest in Simken Heights when their music is mentioned or brought up so the fanbase will be restored and to welcome new fans of the Heavy Death, SeedHead Simken Heights rap vocals that Brian Hammock aka MASS created with Freshkuttz KILLA BEATS!!!
