Man im happy as fuck I don’t have to pay for work uniforms.  I have in all previous jobs, but Trader Joe’s gives me 5 work shirts twice a year (granted they are T-shirts but one of the best parts of the uniform is that I work in jeans/a tshirt or hoodie) and a new Zip up as well as a new pullover hoodie once a year so we stays looking FRESH.  I remember when my girl worked at this really expensive restaurant in our area.  She and the dry cleaners were TIGHT…and she had to buy 5 uniforms (luckily she copped 3 from a girl who was quitting right when she started) those shirts alone were like 50 bucks mang…add that to dry clean only and that’s highway robbery.  I wish she didn’t decide to quit serving though, she would make like 200-400 on a weekend night at that place so I guess it was worth it.

ya know shit just gets taken out of context….if u were actually there and witnessed twiztid getting signed im sure it wouldve made a lot more sense as to y they had to pay for their charms….if i ran a label like that id be like “naw bro i aint buyin ur shit, just pay for it urself u got the cash right?” u just have to think of how different shit is on paper as opposed to real life

discount sucks (10%), pay structure isn’t as good as it used to be when I started but you get full medical and dental at 20 hours.  I do believe however with Obama-care that requirement is going up to 30 hours.  It is a mad chill company to work for good people, good food, and in 8 years I went from 7.50 an hour to 21, so there is room for advancement.

Record labels bestowing chains upon their artists and crew is not any sort of industry standard. It may have happened once or twice in history when this or that rapper started a label and brought his people up with him and decided to express it with chains, but Psychopathic is obviously not one of these labels. 

Just because they decided to give title names to the characters they portrayed as artists, and decided that those titles would be reflected by hatchetman charms, doesn’t mean that it was a contractual agreement with any sort of legal or even professional weight behind it. Psychopathic Records is one artistic expression, anchored by Insane Clown Posse. All the other artists involved are part of the whole of the project. As members of the label they are continuously playing a character. At one time or another, titles of rank were applied to the characters, and that’s all it means to be a “don”.

It’s like getting mad that John Cena had to pay for his own speedo.
