Okay, so these fuck-ups at Psy/HG have been happening for awhile now. The boxset debacle was pretty bad. But at the very least, you got the product you paid for. I’m sure everyone remembers the fuck-up with Abominationz, and alot of other personal orders that have been getting messed up.
Fast forward to The Marvelous Missing Link pre-order. This is just bullshit, and inexcusable. Where the actual hell is these 3D holographic covers that we paid for? Despite what others say, WE ARE ENTITLED to the preorder we paid for. And we also have every reason to be upset about this. False advertising much? I believe what others are saying, that it feels like Psy has this “we got paid fuck you” attitude going on. I’m thinking we should let them know that we’re pissed about it.

I was pissed mine didn’t come on time either. Mine did come with a shiny slip cover that was lifted so I guess that counts as holo-3-D

My pre-order came in a day early (I guess I got lucky on this one) but I did email them about the 3-d holo cover. No response. I didn’t really expect one though. In 2013 when I ordered 2 tickets and a Ballas pass for the gathering (and I ordered them the day they went on sale) the tickets arrived a few days before we had to start driving to get to the gathering and the Ballas pass arrived after we left. At the gate they said we couldn’t pick up the ballas pass since it had been mailed so we had to fork over cash for a car pass since we didn’t have $400 to throw out for another Ballas. Long story short… After 4 months of emailing several times a week to customer service after the gathering, I finally gave up. I still have all the emails archived with the tracking info for the post office showing when it arrived.
Not sure if anyone really even reads those emails. Anyway that was a $400 loss that I really tried to pursue but finally gave up on since I never got any responses.
Good part about the story, I still had a great time at the gathering that year. Once you are settled in your camping spot, you leave all worries outside the gate and live a different life for several days.

I agree with you, I didn’t buy the boxset so I can’t speak on that but I did pre order Abominationz and it took quite a long time to ship like TMML. Like I said in the other thread, I got my TMML pre order on the 9th (3 weeks late) and it didn’t even have the slip cover, let alone the 3D holographic cover, just the normal store version. I think that EVERYBODY that pre ordered this CD should have another copy sent to us WITH the slipcover that it was advertised with OR another copy signed, anything would be fine for me. Just send me the slipcover to slide over my CD lol… I also ordered a copy of the OG Mostasteless CD that is back on HatchetGear on April 24th and it still says “Printed” I can’t get ahold of anybody.
On the other hand, complaining is pretty much a waste of time because we can’t never get through to them, don’t matter if its Email, Phone calls or social media. When we do finally get ahold of someone it seems like we get the run around so what can we do? Mail fraud? lol, just kidding…

An was like fuck it ima buy three colors of the shirts too. My CDs where 2 weeks late an no shirts. I emailed them everyday sending my order number for 2 MONTHS! The phone I had my email sync too broke an had to make a new email because I forgot my password, an I never received any of my shit

I think its fucked up they still haven’t made an announcement about it through ICP.com/Facebook… if you weren’t a faygoluvers regular you would still not know what the fuck is up, I think the only person over at PSY that still truly gives a fuck is J-web. Fuck HG

I think the least they should do is give everyone who preordered LOST 50% off FOUND when that goes up for preorder… good luck tricking anyone into preordering FOUND off Hatchet-gear. lol. ICP really does need to be called out on the buffoonery going on at Hatchet-gear.

I don’t think J-Webb gives a shit either because he is the one that runs their social media sites and he never makes a statement about anything, I also been told that when a HatchetGear email is actually responded to that nine times out of ten it is from J-Webb so that would mean when you email HatchetGear it probably gets forwarded to his email and he reply’s to them. I could be wrong tho?

If it’s anything like last year, they don’t take questions at the seminar anymore. If they did, it would be 50 people asking for autographs or when Icp is coming to their city (that they were just in on their last tour)

I agree with you, I didn’t buy the boxset so I can’t speak on that but I did pre order Abominationz and it took quite a long time to ship like TMML. It worked when fans of WWE started hashtagging #cancelwwenetwork to let them know they weren’t happy with how the royal rumble ended. If you hit people in their wallets, they’ll hear you loud and clear. I agree that phone calls and emails will probably get ignored, but PSY won’t ignore the thin flow of cash coming into HG. Because yeah, good luck tricking me into preordering found from HG! It ain’t happening! I still love the music and all, and i love supporting PSY, but yeah if they dont care anymore, then I’ll just take my biz over to Best Buy. RIP Hatchet gear. Shits spreading like fire.
