So the question someone paid to ask on the podcast was this-

"I recently saw that ICP and TWIZTID got added to a concert festival, any possibility you could come perform at Welcome to the Rockville next year?

Shaggy's response was to then look at the camera and say-

"Contact the folks there, if they wanna slide me 50 to 100 grand I'll come do it".

The fan was not asking about just ICP possibly coming to a festival, he was asking about both ICP and TWIZTID appearing at a festival together next year, because he was under the impression they were already doing that this summer at the Blue Ridge Rock fest.

That's why he paid to ask the question - he wasn't paying superchat money to ask if just ICP or Shaggy were available to come to a fest, he was asking about both Twiztid and ICP coming out.

Shaggy interrupted himself a few times which probably threw you off.
