some advise…never order from HG if u can get it in a store (best buy or amazon) or a show…only order from HG if thats the only way to get it..

my dad ordered the wicked clown shorts for me for my birthday…he placed the order when they were at the gathering…my dumb ass should have told him to wait…so they took the money but didnt ship the shorts…now they have no order, nothing…lol wtf HG….they emailed him back but not sure whats going on now…need to find out. If u see this HATCHET GEAR GET YOUR FUCKIN SHIT TOGETHER!!

I’ve never had a problem with hatchet gear personally. I’ve probably ordered from them over 30 times in the last 10 years. I just ordered asylum and broken. And got them 3-4 days later. It sucks so many people have shifty experiences with them. Id be pissed too

Odd. I preordered Asylum and got it a day before it’s street release, on July 21st. But I’ve had my problems with hatchetgear in the past. Even had to sic the Better Business Bureau on them once because they wouldn’t answer messages or even pick up the phone during scheduled business hours. @violentdope  that sucks man. If you have to, go to the Better business bureau. See what they can do.

the last time I had ordered from HG was back when The Mighty Death Pop could be pre-ordered.  Pre-ordered the album and was hoping to get it on or before release day, BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUT, did not get it in the mail until 1.5 weeks later.  I had pre-ordered all 3 different versions and was a bit upset by it, but oh well – things do happen, but would of been quicker if I could of drove up there and picked it up in person – live about 90 mins or less from where Psychopathic is located at.  Since then, there have been a couple things I have wanted from HG and one being either the Juggalo track jacket or the Riddlebox one, but my last purchase I bought from HG, TMDP one, makes me very hesitant in ordering from them.  Oh, and also for TMML, same thing happened too.  Pre-ordered it and it came a week later after the official release of it, so that has been my extent of using HG recently

never had a problem. it took lomger for me to get the lex mixtape from mne (week and a half) than any hatchetgear order that i’ve ever made.

I live 20 minutes from their warehouse in Farmington Hills and I’ve seen ninjas in Cali post on here that they got their pre-order before me more than once.  Like most peeps in here say,  order from amazon or best buy unless its a hatchet gear exclusive. I would also suggest using paypal to pay on HG if you can. If they don’t send your item you can submit a claim and they will get your money back.  I’ve done this successfully with HG and Twiztid shop (who’s customer service is just as non-responsive).
