I also dont see how people get the idea that tech dont like was icp got goin on.

dude even said in interviews that hes not going to put someone on an album just cause of who they are.

Not to say tech n9ne wouldnt have made it big w/o juggalos- but juggalos are the ones who put him on the game when nobody else would- i cant see tech n9ne disliking juggalos

Truth. They switch that line up every couple years to whomever is the hot collabo. For a while any and every up and comer was buying bars from t-pain because they were cheap, and it got them recognized. I could see that the next line will be "2 chainz singing all over our shit". Since he has been a Feature on every rappers tracks to promote his new CD.

On the Tech beat situation. MEC produces carnival, and Haunted bump beats for ICP. Tech doesn't like that shit. If Mike or whomever makes a beat that sounded more commercial Tech would most likely hop on it. Shaggy can't rap, and J sounds like shit if he isn't doing one of his voice gimmicks. So it's pretty normal that people won't feature them on a song for their albums.

I kinda felt like ICP subliminally took a jab at Tech during their set at Gathering 2011...in Down With the Clown they changed the lyrics from "jodeci singing all over our shit" to "T-Pain all over our shit" right after Tech has T-Pain on his 6's & 7's album lol...but yeah they definitely have a mutual respect for each other...and ICP/Tech N9ne joint tour would be EPIC but I'd also settle for a Tech N9ne/Twiztid joint tour

they did the "T-pain all over our shit" line back in Hallowicked 09 ....in 2010 it was "Fergie all over our shit" .......... 2011 they didnt do that song.

point being, that was TWO YEARS before 6s and 7s

i was at the Gathering 2011 and yes they did do that song with the T-Pain all over our shit line..wasn't aware it had been done previously though so that's my bad...I figured it wasn't a diss anyways just thought it was kind of ironic

Thing about tech n9ne is that he DOES owe the majority of his fanbase to ICP, as well as his entire business model. Look at his career before he was touring with them, he was essentially a local rapper that a few people outside of KC knew about. He started touring with psychopathic and pretty much copied their entire business model for strange. The ONLY reason they get more credit then psychopathic does is because they have done alot of mainstream tracks. People also say strange signs more people and that makes them more successful. Not Hardly, they lose just as many artists as psychopathic does, and they have quantity over quality and their fans know it. Nobody buys big scoob, young bleed, kutt calhoun, stevie stone, jay rock, records, Tech is the ICP of the label, Kaliko is the twiztid, prozak is the blaze, and everyone else on strange is the ABK. A friend of mine took me to a kutt calhoun show a month or two back, there were MAYBE 50 people there, and half of them didnt even stay to watch his set.Without touring nonstop the label would be out of business, not to mention their merch is nowhere near the level of psychopathic and also quite a bit more of a rip off. Go to stranges webstore, they are charging 24.99 for welcome to strangelande, 19 for stevie stones,19 for big scoobs. That shows you that they didnt make enough money off them initially so now they have to recoup that money, thats not even counting shipping.now go to hatchet gear the cd prices range between 9 to 15 dollars, even for brand new releases, so whos really ripping their fans off more?

Now thats just the business end of it, if you want to get into music its even more cut and dry. As much as i like alot of techs work, post everready he has 4 song topics, 1.I'm so much more different then everyone else,2.I'm so much cooler then everyone else,3.I Fuck Bitches,4.I Party. Occasionally he will do something like "the noose" but even then he cant resist the urge to throw in some line about his sexual prowess. Then he claims people who dont like sex songs dont get laid. Not really dude, i am a grown ass heterosexual man,i dont want to hear another grown ass man tell me how good he is at fucking, the only people that should be into sex songs are fucking women who get wet at the thought of having the artist do that to them. A Occasional sex song is cool, but come on, out of every 10 songs tech makes, 5 are sex songs. ICP on the other hand, take a look at mighty death pop, every song on all four discs is a different topic, thats true creativity right there. Creating your own words and babbling some incoherent jibberish in the middle of a song like tech does isnt creativity, its just being a fucking asshole. Also take each artists worst music, ICP's worst music is light years more enjoyable then techs most redundant garbage like "wheaties","pornographic","Fuck food" and that new stinker "boy toy"from EBAH. He may not like the beats they choose, but thats because the beats he likes are generic and fucking asinine. They choose creative beats that they can have fun over.

i love prozak, and i think that strange has essentially fucked him over, they have been dicking him around for years, what with the second PDM record and now with this album, he didnt get any real promotion, didnt get his own tour, and every time tech goes on some shitty magazine and brags about his label he never mentions prozak, eventhough prozak and brotha lynch are the only two people on the label that are actually making "Strange" music. Music is that unique and different then the mainstream, the rest of them are just towing the line and doing whatever it takes to get themselves some mainstream attention, and its laughable about how bad its failing for kaliko, kutt, scoob, and stone. You can tell they are just DYING to be big time mainstream artists, but it wont happen. To me strange has become the epitome of what i despise about rap, and thats bragging, all they do is brag about how great they are, all flash and no substance anymore

i wish people really knew what was going on.....not that tech doesnt owe the majority of his fanbase to icp but, he was not just a local rapper from kc before wicked wonka. check how many units of anghellic and absolute power he sold before 2003. he was HUGE in the midwest back then. strange music is selling a lot more units of kali, scoob, prozak, mayday, etc than u think. they may not draw the huge crowds that tech does (and yea there solo shows are embarrassing) but they are extremely talented and with recent major success of strange this year they will be selling much more.

tech built strange based off psychopathic after he and j became friends in 2003 and icp showed him how. same shit wack ass kottonmouth kings did with sub noize back in the late 90's. people need to quit hating. its all about music, entertainment, and making money.psychopathic better get some young cats on the label before its too late, icp, twiztid, blaze and killa wont last forever....maybe 60 years old. oh wait most juggalos wont let psychoapthic be a record label just a constant music making company, same line up....theyve tried to add shit and u close minded motherfuckers just cant see past the bullshit. i love psychopathic, i love strange music and they have both been releasing heat lately so im happy...

Big Scoob dosent sell jack shit dude, trust me. I worked in a record store around the time the first album came out, we got 25 copies, it took 5 months for 1 copy to get sold, and it wasent really sold, it was stolen, Even big scoob thinks big scoob is a fucking clown

not saying they are selling a shit ton, im just saying ur a fucking hater and u have no real reason to hate. open up ur horizen and enjoy music beyond one genre. tech's albums have a plethora of different styles and sounds. there was almost as much hardcore/wicked shit on all 6's and 7's as there was on anghellic. absolute power (one of his best) was designed to blow him up. how do u think icp sold a million???? shockumentary on MTV. u think icp woulda turned down mtv if they came to them and wanted them the way they were? fuck naw! u can make music or whatever ur thing is for free, why not? fuck a pay check im underground. grow the fuck up and get real. underground means broke until u develop a following usually through some big song/album/promotion. whatever...

I listen to everything from phil collins to icp, from sepultura to seal, from bone thugs n harmony to black label society. So dont try to tell me "open my horizon" Tech may have had different styles of song, but they still came down to those 4 song topics i mentioned...........its not hating, i am just pointing out that he relys entirely too much on coming up with silly ways to say words and spitting a line of gibberish in the middle of his verse to make his shit sound unique, lyrically hes making the same kinda music as everyone else on the radio

I made close to that same point in the Tech Sold Out thread. He makes the same song concepts on every record.

ICP sold a million due to controversy but that was before Tech. Tech collectively sold a million through yearly releases.

You know I hate it when people make sumthin outta nuthin and that is exactly wut you are doing. That is how shit gets blown outta propertion and Beefs get started cuz one fan says this or that and says this artists said this about that artist wen it izn't like that. ICP changed that lyric for that song a long ass time ago. They said it like 3 years ago at a concert they did in Spokane Washington which is way before the All 6's and 7's Album.

Well I don't know where you work or what state for that matter but all I can say is I bought all of Big Scoobs music that he released on Strange Music and I for one enjoy his music. He has a cool lyrical flow that every1 else is sleeping on. I wuld luv to see Big Scoob do sum music wit WC or Mack 10 or evn Ice Cube for that Matter. He has this West Coast Flow that is the shit to me. I like wut I've heard. Just my opinion. Thats why I prefer the Underground scene NE way cuz most of the Underground Artists are slept on and they are really good but no one gives these artists a chance cuz the artist isn't on the radio or on MTV or BET or Fuse TV.

Let me see I wuld have to say that the relationship between Tech N9ne and Psychopathic Records is all luv. Tech N9ne luvs the Juggalos and wut us Juggalos has done for him. He Understands that we the Juggalos helped out with his music and sales. Yes there aren't a million of us at one show but we were able to get his attention wen we were there at his shows. He saw Juggalos reppin the Hatchet Man Jerseys and asked the Juggalos wut they were wearing and those Juggalos said its the Hatchet Man. It's ICP's Symbol. So you can say in a way Tech N9ne got his idea of Merch from the Juggalos reppin the Hatchet. Tech N9ne and Insane Clown Posse are friends and have a lot of mutual respect for one another as artists and owners of Music Labels. I watch all the Interviews I can that have to do with either artist ICP or Tech N9ne and they only say good things about eachother. I had Tech N9ne Agnagraph my Behind the Paint book at one of the Meet and Greets I wuz lucky enuff to buy and he said that he had read the Behind the Paint Book and enjoyed it. He has also stated that he hasn't featured ICP on a song for one of his Albums becuz the beat hasn't told him to get ICP on the beat. Tech N9ne says that the beats are what decides wut artists are gonna be featured on his album. So wen a beat says get ICP on this beat than Tech N9ne will get a hold if ICP and have them on that song. So all in all Tech N9ne and ICP are friends who both enjoy doing there best to put out music for the Juggalos

yeah , i kinda get what he is saying about the beat being right. for icp to be good they need to have some control over the track. u know what i mean? otherwise there verses always sound rushed on other peoples albums....

What? Tech N9ne made thhe top 20 highest earning rappers list recently(he was number 20) by making a 6 million dollar profit. He also just got the world recordfor longest tour. Strange is making more than PSY.
