What up ninjas!?
If you’re like myself you enjoy creating playlists for any type of mood, event, or scenario. While posting a few in the past I discovered that there are many of you out there that have the perfect playlist that you’d like to share with everyone. For example, I call this one “The Dark Carnival Showcase” and the theme is different Carnival songs blended in a particular order.

these are awesome awesome!
the very first CD-R I ever made was called Twiztid – Nutty Asylum Mix, and its sequel. I also made an ICP – Take Your Medicine disc. The firsts had a bunch of the harder to find Mostasteless tracks along with Cryptic Collections 1 & 2 songs. The ICP one was a bunch of rarities (at the time) like “Fabulous”, “Ghetto Zone”, “Dead End”, “Get Yo Ass off the Couch!” w Coup Detroit, “Runnin’ Out of Time” with KMK beforr they were KMK (Humble Gods?), “Insane Killas” w Vanilla Ice and that other guy uncensored, even that 5150 Mentally Insane track that sampled “85 Bucks An Hour” as the outro. Had my own artwork and everything.
And I STILL have those discs. They mostly work fine. The early CD-R’s seemed more quality than the subsequent ones.
My brothers and my favorite mix was “Natty in the Woods” mix, when we were still too young to understand how poisonous Natural Light was. Had the perfect transitions of songs from beginning to end. One day we realized we had unconsciously created a concept mix about life, from starting out optimistic and partying, to life getting weird and questioning everything, to despair at the human condition, to some sort of crazy acceptance. Tracks included “Life Aint What it Seems” by KMK which is like their only track I like, “All that I Got is You” Ghostface Killah, some Tricky, Kool Keith, Xzibit, Fatlip, and ending with a recording with Kool Keith and Xzibit on Hot 97 doing freestyles that always made us smile and appreciate the insanity of insanity. Yup, mixes are dope.
