Mike P ruined The wraith. Beats were horible and sounded the same song to song, guitar work and distortion. Lyrically it was dope. MEC was needed to make that joker card great.

this is precisely what ive been saying for ten years.

the remix cd didnt do the job, either.  some of it was a little better, but on the whole, eh.

I reallly enjoy The Wraith, its not their best shit, but it has good songs on it.I wouldnt say he ruined it.IMO the wraith remix was really bad.I do agree Mike E Clark was the man for the job.

Probably. He dropped so far off the radar he's not even on it anymore. He should open up a restaurant, he can call it 1987 and have dead flowers on every table, maybe a few venus flytraps. TNT can be a waiter, refill water glasses, you know, make himself useful emptying garbage. Esham can be the head chef and roll out specialty dishes, the homey don't play pu pu platter super sampler, the kkkill the baby cow fetus veal parmasean, the helter skkkelter burger burrito, the boomin filet from the kitchen, the closed casket salad and shake combo, all that shit. He'll probably fail at that too, but at least he's not trying to rap anymore. Thank God he's not trying to rap anymore. The maggot brain pizza roller sampler plate, the 666 and a french fry in my hand kids meal, the wicket shit fried chicken and biscuit basket, the you and me and a bottle of henney dinner for 2 special on Thursdays, the you better ask somebody guocomole and tortilla chip plate, all that shit. All that shit. Bring yo bitch to 1987, and please leave TNT a tip. Esham ain't payin him shit now either.

WOW! lol, he could have an open mic night called "Erotic Poetry" surprised

the quality sounds like esham records on a 1990's answering machine now instead of a studio

as much as i am down with RLP and Esham, i have to unforunately agree with you on that one. his last two albums(DMT Sessions and VFT) were mixed and mastered HORRIBLY. When Esham  be saying words with the letter S in them, its very uncomfortable on the ears. its sounds like a hissing snake. I dont know shit about mixing/mastering, but i do know that problem is an easy one to fix, i think its just either laziness or lack of desire to proofread the finished product, like he aint interested.

I wish Esham would've got his shit together after he left PSY. he could've been REALLY successful if he hadnt let people who run the helluvastore rip off his fans, if he showed up for shows, if he put gorillas out to promote his shit, if he did interviews, etc.

i agree with everything in the preceding.  esham backslid somehow, he needs to claw his way out of it.  follow his own business model, instead of the anonymous underground rappers' model.

starting with the music.  i havent particularly enjoyed any of his shit since a1, and that wasnt exactly universally praised.

I do agree the mastering on DMT and Flytrap were not good, however I'm pretty sure they were done that way purposely. Two of his best records at the end of the day IMO.

ESHAM is dope as fuck though, i'll always support his shit even if its flawed cuz he is the most underrated rapper in music HISTORY.  I dont support the decisions he's made when it comes to business or what it may be that sunk his career- but if this cat never came onto the scene music as we know it would be DIFFERENT like a motherfucker!

I saw this earlier and meant to reply to it, Pat that shit was funny as fuck. The only problem is I would prolly eat there because I can't lie that menu sounds dope. I hope Esham wouldn't be the cook, I would rather him perform his classics next to the table with his cap on the floor collecting loot and then cleaning the plates up after you leave.

Haha, it's a bummer seeing where he's at now and where he was back in the day. I used to hold him up there with ICP and HOK way back when. Now I can't even listen to his new stuff with the all the low production quality. I remember when my ride was stolen and smashed into a tree, Bruce Wayne Gotham city was bumping away on my earthquake subs because they couldn't turn the key off. It was pounding two blocks away while on the wrecker. Never got a replacement for that cd either now that I think about it. Hard to believe that was 12 yrs ago already.

ya i dont know wat happened to the quality of Esham's music. im a die hard fan and just had to look the other way for the last 4 or 5 years. ever since he got on the internet shit hasnt been good for his career. the music videos are weird, the social network shit has backfired on him cuz he has burned major bridges and his overall music has been really bad. the vocals are muffled, the beats arent mixed, its just sad. he was a mad genius. i liked when he started experimenting and trying out new types of music like bruce wayne, dead flowers, http://www.com. he was insane with music quality!

and i dont understand this whole juggalo holocaust thing, it looks like its an esham site or somethin and i never understood the purpose of that site, juggalos are already hated enuff lol...do they think they are doing anything special? its like old news, remember all the old eminem fan sites that hated juggalos? their arent even eminem fans like that anymore...real juggahos was wack too.

idk why everyone thinks Mike E Clark was the man for the 6th, it was originally his job. But come on, i loved bizzar bizzare, but most in the community fuckin shitted on it for being too humorous and not milenko enuff. Bizzar bizzare would have been the beat style we would have gotten from Mike E Clark not ringmaster or milenko. i thought Mike P did a great job, "homies" is the jam, fuck wat anybody says that shit is classic. i know the family era has ruined the word juggalo but that song at that moment was fuckin dope. Mike P did "hells forcast" and brought in some good distorted guitar sounds for ICP, mike e clark in those days was doin alotta funky riffs, not as much dark distorted stuff like milenko or AJB.

MEC hasn't changed that much. A lot of it is still bouncy funk that he's always done. Most of BPB and MDP are literally beats he made in the 90's just updated to sound better. Saying he's lost touch is laughable when most of their new material is beats from the 90's. Why blame the producers anyway? It ultimately comes down to the artist and what they want and how they want it to sound. ICP were good in the 90's because ICP were good artists. The production was secondary. Not saying it doesn't help because Milenko sounded that much better with the big production Hollywood spent for it. But Milenko wasn't the only album that was good that they did in the 90's and most of it was on a shoestring budget and made in a basement. The music started sucking because ICP started sucking. Bottom line. They were making everything sound good back in the day. All the production won't save them anymore. Maybe it'll motivate em to do better spending the extra cheese but that's about it. Their time has passed and they're just not good anymore. They're not the Insane Clown Posse. They're the Happy Friendly Safe and Sane PC Family Men Clown Posse with a slight edge for people under 12 years old. Big difference and production won't change that.
