Last few years, Psychopathic has been hurting and I think it has been a rough time for them and Juggalos. I think they have been putting out good shit lately and the future is looking dope. Haven’t been this excited for new shit like lotus,killjoy,new card in some time. A lot of dope news dropped this week…so Juggalos, what do you think of the current state of the Hatchet?? Needs more improvement? or you think they are back on track??? thoughts????WHOOP WHOOP!!

I think last year was definitely rough for them, with legs diamond’s album really being a lackluster release, DJ clays was lackluster,the road was cool, but not a big selling point,Forgotten freshness 5 and big hoodoo were really the only shining spots of 2013 for them, all the lawsuits and bullshit really hurt them, the speculation with beef with twiztid,blaze leaving,the deathpop tour underperforming it was just a bad time
This year has been a improvement, boondox,amb,lotus all dropping amazing releases so far and Killjoy club, and the boxset coming up, its been getting back on track, hatchetgear shipments have been on point, the videos volume 2 was dope, gathering went off pretty successfully, and the future is looking bright
I think wikipedia kinda ruins things, on their now they have alot of albums in the “upcoming section” that arent even official, or real, yes we have shape shifter, ICP 3rd jokers card, new hoodoo record, otis solo album, dj paul solo album,the have nots,and a amb mixtape in the pipeline
but they have stuff listed like a MEC album,Road Fools 2,Zug Izland,DJ Clay,Psychopathic rydas, j and shaggy solos,bonez from amb solo,boondox,legz diamond and purple gang,and a leg diamond solo,boondox and crucifix all listed for 2015,when majority of those havent even been talked about
also has a da mafia 6ix album,madchild,and jelly roll albums coming on psychopathic in 2015,and there has been no mention of ANY of those artist being signed
so i think in 2015 when alot of those dont come people are going to get all upset and butthurt and say psy is fucking people over,when in reality its just the fans asses writing checks for psychopathic that they cant cash

Road fools 2 was basically confirmed. Abk was at hoodoos seminar and they were talkin about it. Apparently in one part some chick snorts pop rocks and has black tears. Jellyroll and madchild are going to be on the new psypher.
Also, when J announced that DJ Paul was releasing an album on Psy, the juggalos didn’t really seem exited, and J seemed disappointed.

That is because a lot of Juggalos do not listen to or like Da Mafia 6ix/Three 6 Mafia. I listen to them but i’m not a huge fan.

@ltb Should have elaborated on “hurting”.. but the lawsuits and gang label/FBI/ACLU case, has hurt them financially imo.Not having albums selling well and merch,just the whole gang label thing has hurt their “business”and it shows in the way that they have been slacking on new shit,doesn’t seem to be like it was in the past. They cleaned house at PSY with new employees.Seems like they had a lot of bullshit goin down. It just seems to me that they were struggling for a bit but are coming back strong again.

A better way to put it would be a “drama” year. And I think when they addressed the business in their seminar, how all the employees are Juggalos and whatnot, I think that sort of signified them saying they’re putting that drama behind them and moving forward.
