Got the album today. The slip cover is ripped and case is cracked. The code to buy Flip doesnt work, and I didnt get the sticker that it said I would get when I ordered it. Im not really concerned about the sticker or the cracked case cause thats an easy fix, but the ripped slip cover really sucks. Theyre going to get me a different code for Flip “by the end of the day”…

Edit: Ok I just went and tried the code again and it worked this time? I tried upper and lower case multiple times and tried 0 instead of O multiple times before calling, but now it worked lol. The CD was $9.99 with $6.06 first class shipping for anyone who was wondering the price. They didnt have media mail and priority was $9 and some change. With that being said, I wont be shocked at all when I get the package and it says it was shipped media mail lol…

It’s been years since I ordered from their webstore, and yeah I don’t know why I even bothered, won’t be doing it again after this and all the other feedback I’ve read. Ordered the physical copy of FFF then like 2 days later they put up some package with both Flip and FFF…so that was some shady bs right off the bat.

Now every day when I check the status of the pre-order, it says the same shit bout how it’s a pre-order so scheduled to ship on (insert today’s date)..in other words i got no clue when or if I’ll even be getting it. Also won’t be ordering flip the rat when I get it.

Pretty ridiculous that psychopathic’s been around for what..like 30 years almost and they can’t even ship pre-orders on time for an album they’ve been hyping like crazy, and on top of that they also can’t even keep the status of the orders updated..Like why have a ‘check status’ feature if the shit doesn’t work anyways? 

I got an email back from MerchNow and they said they have no record showing that any pre orders were supposed to get a sticker. I even included this link in the email:

I honestly dont even care about the sticker, its just the principle lol. 

They also said theres nothing they can do about damaged items. I only care about the slip cover cause its not replaceable, so it sucks that nothing can be done. But I knew that was going to be the case before I contacted them…
