Yep there is. It’s in Delray off of Jefferson.
Actually, no one operates the bridge now. It is closed. “On May 12, 2013, the West Jefferson Avenue bridge closed prematurely on the Lake Freighter Herbert C Jackson as a result of the bridge tender being intoxicated. This was the first incident of this type in the bridge’s 91-year history. As of May 17, 2013, the bridge remains closed to traffic indefinitely.” … And it was a 45 year old woman operating the bridge at the time.
