My girlfriend's daughter just started getting into ICP and I wanted to get her a few of the pre Riddle Box CD's like Ringmaster or Beverly Kills but the prices are insane (no pun). Why is that? Are they out of print or some shit? Even the psychopathic site doesn't offer them period.
They are out of print.....but I would be happy to send you whatever cds you are looking for free...........Send word if you are interested.....

Check EBay and discogs. As long as you aren't trying to get super early prints of the first couple CD's and EPs you won't have to pay much.

I think that's pretty cool getting a kid into the CDs. Sure she could go straight to YouTube or Spotify, but theirs somthing special about CDs. I can't say release day hits the same streaming. Like it did peeling open a CD reading the booklet.
And good call getting her started with the old stuff. Only way to go.

Just put her onto them via Spotify or Apple Music or whatever she can find everything she likes from their discography....giving a kid or a young adult a physical CD is pointless since CD players don't even get mass produced in cars or computers. Only benefit is to see the liner notes in the booklet and artwork.
Don't get me wrong I love my CD collection, but it's not really growing anymore but I look at it like a Pokemon kid looks at his card collection.
