According to Psychopathic Traders, an old newsletter from 1994 mentioned a mysterious Shaggy 2 Dope track called “Ice Ya Jaw.” I’ve never seen it mentioned anywhere else. Does anyone know anything about this? I’d love to hear more old Shaggy stuff.

Yeah, and the Southwest Strangla was supposed to be on the Shaggs the Clown LP. Wonder if they made other tracks for that as well before they scrapped it.

The ‘Shaggs The Clown’ solo is something that I have wondered about for a long time! I actually expected ICP to put some of the tracks from that on FF5. There has to be a few complete tracks from it just sittin’ there.

Those songs were reworked and re recorded for other albums. The songs are not releasable just like all the other shitty songs on YouTube. If they didn’t get a final mix back then they will not get released. The swarm, dear 2 dope, etc all sound horrible and will never be released professionally.

Actually back in 94 you could not record digitally. So if mec still has the “masters” of those verses I’m impressed

Are you sure? I had digital recording in the mid 80’s. CD’s are digital as were the masters for those cd’s.
