Context is important man.
Black people are being gunned down in the streets by racist cops, so people stood up and said that it has to stop. Black Lives Matter is an organization that became a movement which was attempting to combat police brutality by peacefully and respectfully lifting up the victims of the shootings. They recognize that all life should be respected and that one subset of all is getting the short end of the stick. Because the organizers are black they focused on black people but have grown to defend -anybody- who is gunned down by police regardless of race. They’ve posted numerous resources and have helped organize on be half of native americans, latinx people, white people, and asian people.
when people say white lives matter they are doing it because they have a racist perception of who black lives matter are, which has been fueled by right wing media. They believe black lives matter are saying that -only- black lives matter, so when they say white lives matter, the implied only that they believe is there for black lives matter is inherently attached to their message. They aren’t protesting against police brutality. No white people died to ignite the crowd shouting “white lives matter” and despite the narrative of being about statues, the torch carrying mob was marching towards an interfaith religious service which brought non whites together. The chant of “white lives matter” was meant -only- to intimidate poc.
I dunno bro, I guess I’ll just keep quiet. I’m sure media has swayed my perception, apparently too much. But thanks for answering and not being a bitch about it

“I didn’t mean it your honor, I was just being facetious!”
Lol yeah good one. There comes a point where a joke becomes a crime. You can’t incite violence online and plea “I was only joking!”. Motive is irrelevant. Recommending people to shoot up the MOAR event is a crime.
Legal: Someone should shoot into a crowd sometime.
Illegal: Someone should shoot into this specific crowd.
The law is pretty plain on this.

Legality is an argument and if you can prove that your words aren’t meant to be taken seriously or that they’re said in jest, and heard in jest, you can pretty much skirt that issue. I mean look at pretty much any rap artist that has had songs about wanting to kill people. No one takes it literally and therefore it’s understood to be a different class of discourse. Lucem would simply need a very expensive lawyer to find the right argument.
If you really believed that all lives matter we wouldn't need to say black lives matter

Actually mods set parameters. Perimeters are generally set by fence builders, surveyors and other shape-drawers. As for your argument that the intent of the words is taken into effect, no, not all all. It has all been tested in court. There is legal precident set. If you incite violence at an “imminent” event you are quite guilty. Look into “incitement” the law is very clear. Caveat: A high priced lawyer could get anyone off of anything, theoretically. In this instance I imagine he would have to appeal the constitutionality of the law itself. Big bucks.

Lucem is Scruffy’s little lap dog.
Moving forward, perimeters need to be set by Scruffy for the area in the forum where he intends to let that little bitch roam unleashed.
I personally think as they years have gone by, Lucem has become super bitter that his shitty music he posts on here generates little to no heat.
He’s a never-was.
A wanna-be.

Lucem’s shit talk is way more hardcore than The Almighty Smack ever got, and Scruffy convinced Scottie to BAN SMACK FOR LIFE FROM FAYGOLUVERS BASED ON A BUNCH OF BULLSHIT AND LIES.
Almighty Smack was a funny forum jokester from Montreal who a lot of people enjoyed having around. He steadily posted for years.
Since then Smack has started his own blog that pretty much directly targets FLH, so now Scottie hates anybody who is friends with Smack.
Reality is Scottie D got caught up Scruffy’s bullshit.
Scruffy would talk shit to Smack, and then freakout at being trolled. He’s a feeble joke.

Does that make encouraginga terrorist attack okay?
You’re giving Lucem too much credit. He’s got mental problems, which leads to money problems, which then leads to jealousy and hate.
Dark side of the force type shit. Type of dude that alienates his real life homies.
Sounds like some business. How many grudges can you fit on those narrow shoulders?
For 13 years I’ve had a union job that involves me freelifting 100+ lbs. several times throughout the day.
No grudges here, bad for karma. ?
I was raised Christian and we were told to never go to sleep with a grudge.

Christian, eh? Good for an organ harvest and fertilizer, then you’ve given your worth.
I’m being hateful again, don’t mind my silliness. But I do believe the way you were raised was just as worthless as any other religion.
