is it just me, or is anybody else tired of the great milenko?

it’s a great album, its good in small doses to me 20 years later. I already saw the milenko tour, if this is another milenko set i’m fucking bored.

at first these joker card specific shows/tours were cool, but i’d much rather pay to see a wide variety of songs performed.

i more or less agree with the sentiment.

that said, i aint caught any of the milenko sets. so.

then again, i dont really need to. only track from that album i havent seen em do is the intro.

of course, i love the shit out of that intro. id have paid for a milenko show just to catch that alone.

on the other hand, if this tour concept is roughly ‘all the hits from milenko, plus some more hits, but mostly milenko’, then they arent likely to be doin that intro to begin with.

I’m kind of over the album shows. They’re fun and everything, I just miss being surprised by what song is coming up next. Granted, I’m SUPER excited to see Hells Pit, but I love being surprised.

Doing this album shows they at least play some unusual songs instead of Chicken Huntin’, Tilt-A-Whirl, Halls of Illusions, Hokus Pokus you name it… but Milenko is played out.

I’m still waiting for them to bring milenko to Cleveland….i don’t think they been here since the riddlebox tour.

They must have issues with the venue…oh well Detroit and Columbus shows are better anyways.

So fuckin fresh to see ICP coming up north again.

Now my summer is really complete, I’ll be seeing Twiztid on the Warped tour in July at the Toronto stop.

Gonna fly out for the Alberta Milenko shows, hope ICP extends the tour into Ontario!

they need to do these tours ONE TIME though. Jive was like that was beneficial do riddle box tour three more times. Than universal/island/def jam clearly is doing the same. AJB tour will probably be the same.

Sometimes promoters/agents have radiusclauses in contracts for artist that prevent them from playing within a certain distance of another show.. so like Detroit is always going to get a show but Cleveland is 170 miles from Detroit and Columbus is 217 Miles. So maybe whoever the promoter is has them locked in saying they can’t perform within 200 miles of another city which is why Cleveland always seems to get overlooked for Columbus when it comes to Ohio.

When j and shaggy did that mini solo tour…shaggy came 1st to town….a week or so later violent j cancelled the day of the show…the bus and psy crew were there and straight packed up and left….they havent been back since.

I have not seen ICP live in YEARS but I was looking forward to seeing the Milenko Tour just because that album is such a classic that made ICP so known worldwide.

I was quite surprised that they didn’t come to Pop’s in Sauget East St. Louis at all. They come to there at least once a year or so…. I was pissed.

I’ll echo people here. Full albums were cool but it’s good to shake it up.

That said I try not to miss any tour so they can do what they want lol

I’m bummed there’s no Nashville show. I hope they add more dates later. That’s what happened with Riddlebox, they didn’t come here on the first couple times out and then they later added one. They also did the Big Ballas show in Nashville this year but I honestly didn’t really enjoy that, it was weird. But would really love to see Milenko.
