There is no such thing as a non disclosure agreement.  It’s like Bigfoot, Female Orgasms, or a Turkey Burger.  They don’t exist.

Lol why would PSY sue ICP for contract violation? They can say whatever they want, providing it is not slanderous. ICP is PSY, they gonna take themselves to court? NDAs are designed to protect brands and trade secrets, not to shackle the mouthpiece of the corporation itself. That might be the most ignorant thing I have read all year. You can safely assume PSY had Twiz sign NDAs. You wont be able to prove otherwise without looking at their contracts. No corporation makes their NDAs public. Speaking about them is technically a violation of the agreement. They are clandestine by nature.
