What the hell happened there? That’s a CRAZY fucking difference, a 119 spots drop.

The last time Psychopathic released double-album in two parts months apart was Man’s Myth & Mutant in 2005 which debuted at #62 and #80, respectively. A heavy 18 spot drop but nowhere close to Missing Link.

People listened to Lost. Naturally, that affected sales of Found. It was a steaming pile of garbage.

I don’t think I went to a single sold out show this year.  Maybe riddle box was but the after party,  Big hoodoo, merciless assault and twiztids spooktacular all definitely weren’t sold out.

I prefer Lost over Found, however, I always thought it may be because most people didn’t receive their preorders on time, grew impatient, and purchased or downloaded a copy.

My guess is its because found came out at a gathering the thousands sold there weren’t part of the billboard numbers

Certainly played a part in it.

But Dark Lotus’ “The Mud, Water, Air & Blood” was released at GOTJ 2014 and still debuted at #43.

Found had some bad bad promotion if my memory serves me right. I recall the pre-orders were up like two weeks before the album released on hatchetgear and Amazon listed it the final month. Also if ICP had finished the Missing Link instore tour I can imagine they would’ve done it again but I feel several stores like FYE, Hastings (RIP) and others probably were upset about ICP cancelling and unable to finish the tour. I can imagine lots of people were pissed. Not good for business.

I thought the whole allure about liking an “underground’ act/ label was not being concerned about record sales?

When TMDP came out the numbers were celebrated and plastered all over ICP social media feeds. Now, we gonna bitch and moan?

Lost sucked bad but had a few gems.

Found was more traditional ICP.

I just did like most and consolidated the two.

Does it really matter how much I C P really sold? This ain’t Bizaar era and were not trying to crack in to TRL.

If they start going bankrupt it does.
