Probably. But in his defense he only has a 6th grade education. Before he ran the place he was just ICP’s bodyguard who was always getting sent to for jail for male prostitution (think i got that answer right in the quiz).

Billy bill was only a “body guard” till 97-98 or so. He became icp’s tour manager and continued to move up in the business since. He learned the business hands on and from watching Abbiss. Considering jumpsteady had no interest in the job bill was the obvious choice for icp. The only other guy they could trust with their lives. I think he has done a decent job considering the down fall of the music industry over the last decade and a half. Remember a bunch of Abbiss’ business plans/ideas failed miserably, axe&smash, umz, psy Europe, etc.

I think he’s a shitty business man in the same way that your high school principle was a shitty principle. They’re only there to create the illusion of order. So long as they’re doing that, they’re doing their job. Shit would be fine without them but you can’t not have them.
