I love blind haters..."Thrift Shop" is annoying so Macklemore sucks...he looks weird/dresses weird so he sucks...these are usually the same folks who tell ICP haters that you need to listen to their ENTIRE discography to appreciate them yet want to judge an artist off one song or album...Macklemore's been around for years and yes The Heist was a much more pop/radio friendly album than his previous work but he didn't exactly sell out or change up his style that much to where I see reason for any hate...the fact that a song like Thrift Shop was able to get on the radio and became a huge single is enough credit to him...when's the last time u heard a song which flaunts being a SCRUB on the radio lol

my only real gripe with Macklemore is his voice can get a little annoying at times (mainly on his new stuff)...other than that if you just don't like positive music about changing your life for the better and overcoming addictions and other struggles within yourself then stick to listening to the same music about faygo pop and chopping heads off but I'm personally happy listening to both

I like how ICP illustrates how ridiculous the "Can't Hold Us" video is in a few minutes, but Warlock can't make Macklemore sound appealing even when given a whole day and six pages. They have me laughing, he has me scratching my head. That's why they have a TV show and he has... well whatever it is that he has. I like how you fail to comprehend that ICP were giving him props as far as the music video is concerned they just said they don't dig the music...ICP wishes they had the budget to do some shit like that lol...they have an internet TV show and Macklemore is one of the biggest names in music this year...I'm not trying to put down ICP cuz this episode of ICP Theater was hilarious (sure Macklemore would enjoy it himself) but don't try to compare the two in 2013 lol...if the music isn't for you then just say that but denying the guys talent and success just because you don't particularly dig it makes you sound dumb considering all the folks out there who do happen to dig it
