In the official 2015 Gathering of the Juggalos program it was announced that a 20th Anniversary Special Edition of “Riddle Box” will be released on November 9th. Flyer is below.

Well I guess this explains why the out takes from each jokers card weren’t included in the 6th box set like originally planned. They want to milk it as much as possible

Milenko went gold in 1998. Riddlebox didn’t for a long time. It was not the first, milenko, ff12, and ajb reached gold well before riddlebox

i just hope they have the jokers gallery on it as a double disk or something.
without riddlebox era outtakes, i dont see me getting this. I already have like 3 copies, one with some other bands 4 tracks added at the end of it lol

Hed pe. IIRC it’s worth considerably more. I wonder what will make this edition “special”
Maybe Riddlebox is J’s favorite record.

everyone is always sayin old school juggalos like riddlebox the most, but I’ve listened to icp since the c.o.c. tape I got at hot hits which was Alex’s record store.
I’ve played riddlebox a billion times so it’s played out for me ..not the best jokers card imo

Golden Goldie’s was in anticipation of going gold however they did not, it was recorded before riddlebox was released. I think riddlebox may have hit gold before ajb can’t remember. I think they sold around 100,000 units of riddlebox before the whole “Milenko/Disney” fiasco which is a huge amount for a local group with no promotion from jive. if they went gold in 95(500,000 units) jive would’ve been all over icp and they wouldn’t have needed the controversy in 97 to go national, they already would’ve been national with a gold record.They were signed for 3 more albums I believe.

Riddle Box is super played out to me, however, imo its the best JC by FAR!!! to me its just more evil. The beats and production of the whole project is just perfect! Killing Fields,12 and Jokers Wild just plaster images in your head, they make you feel like your there with them during those songs. Also, it is fun to play it when im really drunk talking to my wife about ICP! lol That JC just brings back SO many memories of when i was 15, I bought that CD at radio shack when it first came out…..yes radio shack used to sell CD’s WAY back in the day. Ima get this just because. I would of loved to go to that Riddle Box show they did in the D, but I’m far removed from that area these days…..

i was thinking the same thing and Milenko is my favorite album from ICP too but its also the first i heard so who the fuck knows lol
i mean i was raised off ICP and like carnival of carnage was prob the first i techincaly heard but i mean like when milenko came out it was the first one i copped the first day and listend all the way.

Riddlebox is probably, as a whole, their best Card. Milenko close behind. I have a preference for both Wraith’s as a personal choice, but let’s give credit where it is due.
Riddlebox is just so damn… clowny, lol! It does the whole Insane Clown Posse vibe to a T. You have your whole Wicked Clowny Carnival Rap Redneck Killing Fat Bitch Necrophilia Afterlife Skits Scrub Life Ghetto Mysterious antics. It is the epitome of an ICP album. Ringmaster paved the way, but this is the point where everything was as ICP as it could be. This is not their “peak” creatively, I just feel it is the most ICP ICP record ever.
