Hello. Tonight, I will be providing an evaluation of the ICP albums I’ve listened to and ranking them accordingly. My tastes likely differ substantially from those of most juggalos, so do not be altogether shocked by the ranking.

11. The Marvelous Missing Link (both): Ugh. I couldn’t get through either of these. It just sounds so terrible without the MEC magic. 1 bottle of Faygo

10. The Wraith: Shangri-La: Again, without MEC, it’s just blegh.

1 1/2 bottles of Faygo

9. Hell’s Pit: Still no MEC.

Favorite track: In My Room: the story of a young man who was seduced and used by a succubus.

2 bottles of Faygo

8. Carnival of Carnage: Not a big fan. Very generic rap sound, with only a couple of good tracks (in my opinion).

Favorite track: The Juggla: this energetic, psychopathic track is without a doubt the first great of the Wicked Tracks.

2 bottles of Faygo

7. Ringmaster: Meh. Still kind of a generic sound, but they’re coming together a little.

Favorite track: Wax Museum: Spooky, carnival organ music with record-scratching accompaniment embodies the Ringmaster perfectly.

2 bottles of Faygo

6. Riddlebox: Now they’re starting to sound more distinctive. Slight rock elements involved, as well as more developed lyrics focusing more on the Dark Carnival.

Favorite Track: The Joker’s Wild: Oooh, dat bassline, eh? And such violence!

3 bottles of Faygo

5. The Tempest: This album has a nice, dark sound to it, especially in the first two tracks.

Favorite track: If I was a Serial Killer: Perhaps the first-ever rap ballad. And it is absolutely brilliant.

3 1/2 bottles of Faygo

4. Bang! Pow! Boom!: I like maybe half the tracks on this album, especially the last two as well as “To Catch a Predator.”

Favorite track: a tie between Miracles and Bang! Pow! Boom! Miracles is uplifting and a rallying song against the nihilistic disenchantment of the world, and Bang! Pow! Boom! is an exciting, catchy song that is fun to rap along with.

3. The Amazing Jeckel Brothers: I love the rock sound in this one. Absolutely fantastic.

Favorite track: Nothing’s Left: this is more up to personal taste than most others. I love the electric guitar and the chorus.

4 bottles of Faygo

2. The Mighty Death Pop!: I never thought pop could sound GOOD. But MEC pulls it off here, and combined with the insightful lyrics of Ghetto Rainbows and Forever, this makes for a memorable album indeed.

Favorite track: Juggalo Juice: No explanation is needed.

4 bottles of Faygo

1. The Great Milenko: Holy shit. How can they outdo this one? It’s nearly perfect. The only track I dislike is How Many Times? Everything else is great.

Favorite track: Halls of Illusions: Aw, yeah, Slash is in the house. And he is kickin’ ass on that guitar.

4.9 bottles of Faygo

Feel free to comment on this list.

I can dig it, I like that you enjoy miracles for what it is. Very well written which I also enjoy lol. I think its time to try the old EPs and bizaar bizzar I’m intrested in your thoughts on those now.

Yea, Bizaar Bizzar should be in there somewhere.  Those are full albums even though they aren’t part of the Joker Cards.  I’d give them about a 3 out of 5 each.  Behind The Paint is my favorite song between them.

B/B had so many fun songs and they just had fun with it to get the fuck off of island/dj but they still managed to pop in some great serious songs too.

Behind the paint and Take me away are 2 of my favorites

my read is that opinions are roughly split on the links.

also, this may be the first time ive heard a juggalo say they dislike how many times.

Thank you all for your input. I must admit, I dismissed most of B/B when I listened to only a few of the tracks, but I haven’t gotten a chance to properly evaluate it. However, I love My Axe and Tilt-a-whirl.

Oh, and I listened to Amy’s in the Attic and Prom Queen. I like both of those.

Well, I mainly said that because I ranked BPB and The Mighty Death Pop! higher than Riddlebox.

I know the old shit may be a little too old for newer Juggalos out there.  But to put BPB and MDP over The Almighty Riddle Box is just absurd.  haha

But hey, maybe the MDP era is when you found ICP so that’s your album.  Like Riddle Box is mines.

My very first ICP song was Miracles. I was like, “who are these guys? What am I doing listening to rap? I listen to 1930s jazz music and 80s classic rock and Homestuck music.”

But then, my fascination grew. I was determined to know more, I knew there was something here. So I looked up “best ICP songs” and found “Halls of Illusions” and “Hokus Pokus” among others. I bought albums and researched the group. I learned the Dark Carnival mythology and felt my love for and faith in God increase twofold. Not only that, but I found my wicked family. All thanks to Homestuck.

Cool stuff. Not that I agree with many of the positions of your ranking, but, there’s no right or wrong here. As others have said, definitely give Bizzar/Bizaar more attention. They have some really oddball tracks and I think ICP and MEC had fun on those albums which comes through in the listening experience. I remember those albums as well as Twiztid’s Freekshow all came out on the same day. Getting all that music to digest at the time was good times.

Okay, went over Bizzar and Bizaar: I put Bizzar just behind Riddlebox, and Bizaar right ahead. My favorite tracks are Tilt-a-whirl, My Axe, Crystal Ball, and Take Me Away

Hehe, I shouldn’t be surprised that other Homestucks have been here. I’m one of the biggest Homestuck scrubs ever, and I’m almost as eager to spread its influence as I am to spread The Dark Carnival. I would suggest reading it, but the two demographics are extremely different.

theres been, i dunno, five or six over the last few years.  usually they are utterly lost.

i often suggest not reading it, cuz unless they just love it and get hella into it right away, a typical juggalo isnt likely to feel rewarded for the time investment.

Utterly lost? Like they think they’re at a Homestuck fansite or something?

Most of them don’t really go into the back catalogue like you have. They’re sorta jugga- curious

Oh no you didn’t……uh uh…nope…the invitation to invest in your devil raps, the questioning of who Spange™©® is…fucking…Spange™©®, smh, now you have TMDP and BPB over Riddlebox, all within a twenty four hour span, its all making sense now, guy.

The thing about Trolling people is you have to do it in moderation homie. Its sort of like a first date, the guy treated you to a nice meal, none of that 4 for 4 shit, I’m talking Applebee’s nice. He even let you get desert.

Now its time for that awkward silence as he walks you up to your porch. Now You have to decide just what kind of lady you are going to be. Did he work hard enough for it tonight? Was he really genuinely interested when you told him about your kids? Did you really need that piece of German chocolate cake? So many questions at once, and you’ve been hurt before girl. What you did today on here was the equivalent of taking this guy upstairs. You gave it up way to soon.
