Since they said they finally got the rights to their old albums from all those old record labels they used to be on I wonder if The Great Milenko will have the original Piggie Pie (Forgotten Freshness version) and whatnot rather than the cleaned up version they put out with the album originally

The original piggie pie was from the recalled version of Milenko that got pulled a few days after its release. Calling it the forgotten freshness version irks me and IDK why honestly…Im probably just being a dick, but I figured id clue you in…

Theres actually three versions im pretty sure. Theres a third that has J’s verses with the words changed, but shaggys verse is the original one where he is killing cops instead of getting sentenced by a judge. Somebody tell me im not crazy

the first version of Piggie Pie I heard was the “watered down” version and was when I first heard the Great Milenko cd…J’s words are changed up here and there and a lot of 2 Dope’s verse about killing cops (which really is pretty tame compared to a lot of rappers songs about killing cops) was changed completely to some other shit…then I peeped Forgotten Freshness 1 & 2 and heard that version…I wasn’t ‘down’ when Milenko was actually released back then so I’m only speaking as someone who discovered how fresh their shit was years later (a few months before FTFO dropped tbh…that tour was my first ever Psychopathic show)

I doubt its anywhere near 250 for the box set…at most probably 150 but they also want enough juggalos to be able to afford it so I think they’ll make it somewhat reasonable while also not being cheap lol..if they mark it too expensive not as many people are gonna invest in it and it will be more of a waste on their end then on the juggalos

Considering the jokers cards will be most likely the old copies thrown together and not new pressings unfortunately. I don’t see it being over $100 but you never know

The Box Set should have all 6 original Joker’s Cards without changes. It’s a big ass double dip for a lot of people I’m sure if they aren’t releasing House of Wax EP other than in the Box Set. Whatever though, I’m sure it’ll have some other shit in it too, like extras and stuff.

That’s hella cool. If it’s not too much, I might have to buy it cuz I don’t have my physical copies anymore; just the stuff I ripped to my computer and put on a flash drive. I was always curious though why Hell’s Pit didn’t come first and Shangri-La second. Would’ve been the 6th and 7th release in the Joker’s Card saga, but instead Shangri-La is 6 and Hell’s Pit is 7. ie, 666 is the number of the beast and 7 is considered a “holy” number.
