my opinion is ICP have bad things with the durst but now they decide kill the evil and make a song with him , no is hypocrisy is the world of music , you speak shit of some artist and two years later  you have remorse of that and make the peace and make a song together

“TODAY the Fred Durst we know…”

basically them saying regardless of what we thought of him and his band back in the day we think they're cool now and don't have w/e problems they used to…even J said in an interview somewhere that he doesn't dig a lot of artists/bands until years after their BUZZ when they've kinda fallen off or gotten old or w/e…if they're hypocrites for this you might as well call them hypocrites for squashing their problems with Eminem, D12, etc…they even said they'd never work with Project Born again professionally and have had them at the Gathering and did that track with them a while back for their album…also does anyone remember when ICP swore they'd never fuck with Kottonmouth Kings again after that shit with Eminem years ago?…now look at them lol things change with time

i honestly got the hypocrite thing from a comment on youtube i dont know if that was the right word to use although its kinda what the vid shows regardless tho i think squashing beef is different than claiming you never fucked with an artist & even go as far as to call em a bitch then turn around & do a track with em that gathering footage isnt that old looks like its at hog rock kinda makes me think they only did the track in hopes to get more accepted by the mainstream world im sure bizkits recent shit aint fuckin with their 2nd & 3rd records

edit: nah it was x-clan,

project born was on the toxic terror tour but still id consider that more along the lines with the eminem fued

i dont think them messing with Limp Biskit has ANYTHING to do with trying to get mainstream attention/respect…Limp Biskit aren't exactly 'poppin' anymore as a band and their last few albums have been overlooked by a lot of people…if they wanted headlines they would have tried their hardest to get an Eminem feature for the album

As part of their gimmick, ICP is required to shit on whoever may be big at any given time and/or within recent memory.  Fred Durst did the track for nothin because he was just glad to have some work.  Limp will probably play GOTJ this year and go over big.  Keep on rollin fam.

thats kinda true, isnt it?  never really thought about it like that.  whoever is popular usually sucks dead dick, so its only natural that icp would pick on them.

  awfully paranoid, arent you?

Fred Durst did the track because he wanted too .. he's not hard up for work.

Limp Bizkit signed with Young Money .. aka Lil Wayne and Birdman at the beginning of the year … I'm positive it wasn't for a small amount.

wasn't implying that they should have tried to get Em on the song that they got Fred doing…if anything it should be a completely original song and featured on the actual album and not one of the bonus discs but yeah…i predict Limp Biskit will be playing at the Gathering this year as well though seems like itd be a really good possibility

rite, its fucked up cuz back in 1999, you would have NEVER though that Limp Bizkit, or ANY other band like them for that matter, would be on Cash Money Records.

“Back that Azz Up” and “Break Stuff” on Cash Money Records in '99. LOL

I dont think its hipocritcal, I think they just grew & evolved over the years. Ive always hated rap beef, I was into Limp Bizkit before I heard of ICP back in the day, when I would hear Psychopathic diss Limp Bizkit & Fred Durst, I thought it sucked & I never took sides. Thier really wasnt any reason for it other then the fact that Limp Bizkit was all over TV & radio for a while. I always wanted to hear them do a track together, & its finally gonna happen. I wish it would have been an original song tho & not a remake, but still, its the shit that it all got squashed. & I hope Limp Bizkit would play the Gathering this year, that would be fuckin awesome!

I use to listen to Bizkit back in the day, as well as Korn. I had two CD's of Bizkit and then I don't know what happened to them. Bizkit started sucking when they released that “new/next generation” and “keep rolling rolling rolling” song. Hate both those songs. I'll let my ears be the judge of this ICP/Durst track.

I still got love for the Bizkit got alot of them, Korn, Slipknot, and Deftones on wax….but this youtube video is stupid it's like splicing footage of their numerous interviews shit talking Eminem with recent footage of them showing love to Proof and Eminem. And yeah whoever thinks Fred and the band are hurting nah they get the overseas money like crazy all year round and like whoever said Cash Money signed them for not cheap.
