I used to hate otis so much but he really picked his game up alot… I actually dig otis now. That last amb cd was dope and I’ve ALWAYS hated AMB. I def give them props. They were always good at making beats tho, otis’s beats just def got that much better.

I’ve always liked AMB. The Garcia Brothers album is being cited as their best work lately, but I respectfully disagree. In no way does some of those bland beats on Garcia Brothers even match the unique sound for God’s Hand. That whole album is dope as fuck. I honestly have nothing but love for the God’s Hand album. As for the The Garcia Brothers… the last 3 songs were the best. “Listen” “Runaway” and “Nobody Get Hurt”.

For me, there seems to be no theme for The Garcia Brothers. It’s just a body of songs. God’s Hand had a theme, from the intro to the very end. Loved the intro on that about the statue crying blood… wicked goodness man.
