OP if you are trying to send work to any artist, look into their label’s submission process. The artist might have something set up like a PO Box or an email for submissions, if not them, try their label, if not the label, if its a subsidiary, look into the next step up. Otherwise you can try to send it through one of the numerous social media devices these days that some artists actually maintain themselves.
