I have only been a juggalo for a short time, a litle under two years. i was reading about the lawsuit with icp and the fbi and its preety fuked up shit i want the options of some oldschool juggalos on this topic.

MY opinion, is that Juggalos are NOT a gang, but wouldent be classified as a gang if they didn’t do stupid shit, and painting up and loitering at store and public places with 10+ in a group. Like it or not, Juggalos brought it upon themselves. But not all. There are some cool ass, hard working, mature juggalos raising a family like myself, that get a bad rep from these new age juggalos that have no respect for others, so now I get judged by people cuz I have a tattoo on my arm that I got 13 years ago. Stupid to get a tattoo? no, but stupid to get it on my arm, but I was 17 at the time and didn’t give a fuck. but I guess its just one of those things. It only takes a few people in a group to make the whole group look bad. Guilty by association.

it sucks and is unfair… but i can’t say it wasn’t earned by some… when i meet a lil juggalo in my town and he says that Freshman year is too hard so he is going to drop out and sell drugs for a living (True Story), i can sorta understand the F.B.I label. we can hope the clowns win in court but the hate and discrimination won’t stop . the only way to stop it is if enough of us show the world we were smart enough to finish high school (And even college @ocj_brendan ) and we don’t all sell drugs and rob stores. it’s a matter of public opinion and it wont change unless something is done to change it, outside of court.

For the record I am both college educated, and maybe or maybe not a drug dealer…im neither confirming or denying…but if ya need the plug I know where it is…maybe…or maybe not…
I hate labels…I am in OCJ, which could be misconstrued as a gang, but it is not. Some members of OCJ also belong to a gang called Folk Nation, which is a gang, and when you put the two of them side by side it is as clear as day and night.

We are NOT a gang, but it is easy to see why people could misconstrue juggalos as a gang. Normal juggalos aren’t noticeable. The juggalos that ARE noticeable are the ones who hang out with one another all of the time (not a bad thing), wear SOLELY Psychopathic clothing (Not really a bad thing), are tatted up (not a bad thing), paint there faces out in public (weird, but not BAD), and commit crimes while doing so (most of the time, this is a bad thing.)
Yes there are Brittney Spears and Lady Gaga fans that commit crimes, but they don’t do so while throwing up Wicked Clown Signs, yelling WHOOP WHOOP, and wearing clothing 24/7 promoting the bad they like.

I am not a gang-member in any way, shape, or form. However, one of my best friends is some-what affiliated, and he has friends that are down (ms13 allegedly). They’re all cool as fuck with me, and I’ve never had a problem. I can get along with pretty much anyone. I am pretty much a goodie two-shoes, but they said if I ever have any sort of… problem, they’d handle it. Those are good friends to have.

Protip: Most people who say they are down with MS-13 are in fact fake as fuck. I live in one of the highest concentrations of them in the country (peep the DC area action related to them) and still havent met many who are legit. Im not saying your friend is or isn’t…but most serious dudes with them are seriously inked and don’t associate with white people.

Yeah I live in the Suburbs now thanks to my grandma dying and leaving my mom some loot to be comfortable. I was staying with her and a sweet apartment came up for lease in her complex for a solid price…on the condition the landlord’s daughter might wanna live in it in two or three years when she gets outta school…but im solid till then. I dont wanna go back to where I grew up to live…its nice not having to lock your door or go out late at night watching your back. I don’t claim anything but OCJ obviously.
