The symbol that many juggalos bear may have a deeper meaning than "repping the hatchet".

Anyways, the creation of this symbol was inspired by a single human being and the life events that lead up to his career at the time, a paperboy. So consider this, every human being, event, and circumstance leading up to those isolated events that ICP witnessed (the paperboy acting like a loony) inspired a symbol that now resonates to this very day in the consciousness of many, many people. This thought alone insists that every human being on this planet that interacts with others, may very well change the entire consciousness of the masses. We all matter to this existence every second we live, and even a little bit after we die (lol).

With this idea in mind, let's take a look into the hatchetman's design. We know why it looks the way it does, except the 'meat cleaver' is not addressed. I'm sure we have all heard this question or 'diss' before. Most of us with half a brain even asked this ourselves.. WHY THE FUCK DOES THE HATCHETMAN HOLD A MEATCLEAVER, NOT A HATCHET? We can all assume the ICP are fucking stupid asses and didn't know the difference. Regardless of that speculation, a "hatchetman" doesn't necessarily have to have a hatchet.

A "hatchetman" is a slang term meaning; A person who does a job nobody else wants to do, and/or a hired killer, killer with purpose.

Sounds very relevant to ICPs lyrics and career choice IMO. Also, it applies to many juggalos and their hardships.

Let's address a deeper aspect of its design. Many like to poke jokes at the fact the hatchetman looks like a swastika. THEY MUST BE NAZIS!!!

Educate yourselves about the significance of the swastika, I'm not gonna waste my time. That link might help though. Anyways, if you check the link you can see that the swastika has a positive and negative symbolic meaning, and the hatchetman runs typically like the positive swastika. Just like Hitler borrowed this powerful symbol, perhaps the ICP by the will of the Dark Carnival, or their will alone manifested this awesome connection.

One final thought about the swastika, if any of you are familiar with the "Fibonacci Sequence", it's a mathematical 'theory' that is found in almost all aspects of life. When this concept is illustrated it forms an infinite spiral. With the idea that this sequence is in all of nature and we take a look into the cosmos you might notice that our galaxy looks like a spiral. The swastika may very well be a simplified version of this idea. Infinity.
