So my boyfriend bought him and I some merchandize off Hatchetgear. He used my account to order the merchandize and I wuz there when he used his debit card so I had his consent. We ordered it and my order status is "Suspected Fraud". WHUUUUT??? My boyfriend made the choice to order ourselves some stuff, so why is it doing it?? BTW, i got an email saying "thanks for your order"...heh.
Any of y'all have this problem before? Whut do I do about it? This has never happened before so i'm confused as why it's still warm in November yo. I did send them a ticket with both order numbers, so hopefully they'll get back to me soon.
WHUT DO I DO?? If any y'all had this problem, plz let me know and how to fix this. Because my boyfriend and I want our shit.
Any help appreciated,

HatchetGear doesn't answer their emails but you should be able to sort this out with the bank/credit card company, you just have to notify them that it's not fraud and I think you should be good

To OP - maybe shipping and billing addresses didn't match? Or your boyfriend's debit card is overdrawn/bogus.

All I gotta say is Hatchetgear needs to step it's game up.
Twiztid-Shop is killing shit these days, just like Hatchetgear used to.
I'm getting a free Majik Ninja fall sampler CD and a free VIP single with my 2 CD twenty dollar order from Twiztid-shop I made this last weekend.
That's 4 cd's from them - for 30 dollars including shipping!
That's what's up.
When's the last time Psychopathic put out a sampler? Bang Pow Boom era?

For the most part twiztid shop has been great for me. I have never gotten any extra samplers from them with my order, they usually just come with an mne sticker. That's fine with me because I really just want my order in a timely manner, it's seriously taken 2 months to get a pre-order from hatchet gear which blows my mind. My Lex pre-order came the day before street which was perfect. However, they did screw up one of my orders and after 3 emails and 2 voicemails with no response I let paypal handle the situation. My advice would be when using Twiztid shop or Hatchetgear, pay with paypal if you can. It makes it much easier when a transaction is messed up since paypal will respond and Hatchet and T-shop most likely won't.

I have had this issue and spoke with hatchet gear and my bank. The system may suspect fraud for various reasons ( I used my business card to make a purchase). My bank informed me that the transaction was not stopped but will take 7 business days to complete. It has something to do with the system hatchet gear uses. It will go through for you though so just have patience which is always recommended when ordering from hatchet gear lol. If you call hatchet gear a few times in a row they should answer and I must say I have had fantastic customer service once I have gotten ahold of them. I love hatchet gear. Great small company. I hope this helps!
