So they are running with a 3rd party for merch issues now.  But they got nothing to do with purchases from gathering.  My wifes shirt has the wraith design falling off it from just one wash.  I cannot find a way to contact psy directly.  Anyone got info?

Them shirts are made strong, you can soak & swirl em in a 5 gallon bucket of rubbing alcohol and rock salt. 

 

On a serious note, did you buy it from the merch tent?
