Call them, i ordered two of the outtakes,only got one called and talked to J-webb, he sent them a message right away, still didnt get it, the next week i called again and talked to him and he apologized and said he didnt know why they hadent sent it out but he would make sure it went out asap, got it a few days later with with extra goodies(a hallowicked 2012 single, a psychopathic records sampler,and a missing link charm) and a apology letter 

I honestly dont get how and why they have so many fucking problems getting orders out. I would love to see exactly what goes on there on a day to day basis.

I got my package… TMML Vinyl and Outtakes CD.  No DJ Paul.  So they took like a month to ship it, and it didn’t even contain the item that was a preorder.

Man. I read nothing but bad shit about HG. I run a warehouse for a business that ships 1000 orders min a day, plus 10 stores that do another 1000 a week and we never have problems like this. Having said that, I just ordered TMML vinyl set on Saturday and it’s set to be delivered tomorrow so someone’s gotta be there running the show while they’re out on the road.

Oh no doubt. I joke with some of my down employees that one day I’m gonna leave my job and go whip HG’s warehouse into shape. It wouldn’t be that hard, just not worth the loss in pay. Plus, I wouldn’t want to come on here and see my operation getting shredded every 3 months.

I seriously would love to see a day in the life of a hatchet gear employee lol. I mean I’ve had some smooth transactions but too many people haven’t and its not like a new or old thing its a consistent thing thats been going on forever now. Dunno who does the hiring or whatever but they are awful. And lol they need someone like you there managing it take the pay cut!

What I really should do is mentor one of my employees enough for THEM to go in there and turn shit around and then I can reap all the sweet side benefits while still getting paid a livable wage. Not to say that HG doesn’t, I don’t really know what they pay their workers but I have to imagine the even the highest dude up in the warehouse isn’t really pulling in much money. 

unless its a HG exclusive or comes with something cool i order from best buy, i know i will get it in a timely manner,amazon can suck my fat hairy nutsack though, they fucked me over with a couple things, i dont get shit till 3-4 days after release date and they claim thats perfectly acceptable……assholes

you guys have terrible luck! I have to say I’m impressed so far, I’ve made three orders since this announcement, two including the outtakes CD, and each have arrived two days after ordering and they added tons of stickers and gathering of the juggalos amulet’s from 2012 and 2015, each time(have two Death Pop’s now, lol). I got my first copy of it around September 25th and it wasn’t even supposed to drop for a week!

Haven’t ordered the DJ Paul album, though, that may be where the mess ups will happen. Waiting to hear if it’s dope before I cop it, did the same with Slaughter.
