Hatchetgear is awful t hurts me to say. I could go in detail but twiztid shop is putting them to shame. When my asylum album arrived two and a half months late I emailed j Webb telling him just that.

Twiztid-Shop is pretty on point. No complaints.
It is worth stating that my Hatchetgear Black Friday purchases came in today. They even sent an order confirmation email with tracking number. Hopefully this means they’re stepping their game up.

hatchetgear.
Every vinyl I order from twiztid shop not only cost almost 20 bucks to ship, but every single one has arrived damaged because of poor packaging. Last time they used 3 dollar media mail, even though I paid 20 for priority shipping. 100% done with getting vinyl from them.
Hatchetgear isn’t as well organized and has less product, but every single pre-order for me (aside from Lost) always arrives 3 days before street date, and I live in Oregon. half of MNE stuff arrives late on pre-orders (for me at least).
Twiz shop refused to give me a coupon for them using cheap shipping and over charging me. When hatchetgear sent me the wrong sized shirt, my order came back with 3 hallowicked singles, backyard wrestling sampler and the 2012 sampler, at no request. All my vinyls have been well packed and arrived safely too.
HG also has better sales and don’t reek of desperation to sell shit like twiztid does with all their promotions.
It’s also weird that if you add an item to your shopping cart, but decide not to get it, you get an email from twiztidshop asking why you didn’t buy it. Fuck that shit.

The Shaggy shirt? Yeah, its very fitted. Hard to read too, I thought the shirt itself would be lighter. Oh well, can’t beat $8. Now had I paid $30 I would’ve been pissed.

I was thinking about bringing this up the other day, I would say twiztid shop by fucking miles… IDK hatchetgear just seems to have lost its touch with all the good merch like back in early 2000’s-ish any money i would get from like birthday or christmas i would put it to hatchet gear stuff. Now a days i just buy shit on twiztid shop.

Media mail is the whip. I thought it was $4? Anyways, Priority mail is a scam. Overnight is where the action is. That does suck regarding the damages though.

twiztid shop for sure half the time i order a cd of HG the case is broken i orderd wizard of the hood and they sent me a fucking single ! not to mention the long as waits for shiping. the last time i orderd of twiztid shop my package came in a week
