Hello, I ordered everything on the 16th and when I go to check my account all it says is that my order has been printed. I already know customer service is a mess and I wont get much help there. Has any body ever had this problem or are currently going through this and how did deal with it/ how are you dealing with it. Thanks for the help, I hope it ships eventually.

Sometimes shit takes a little bit longer to get to you. Just because it doesn't say that it's been shipped doesn't mean that it hasn't. I've never had an order disappear on me and not show up, I'm sure it will get to you soon. I don't like waiting for shit either, I know how you feel dude. Relax homie, smoke somethin

Thanks for the responses, I was just a bit worried because everyother time I ordered it shipped within 2-3 days. That and I recently read some hatchetgear horrorstories lol

Hatchet gear is prob one of the more reliable independent band stores. If it was stranges or necros then id be worried those two shops fucking blow

I've never had problems with Hatchet Gear.I got hooked up one time with a free Twiztid hoodie,they fucked something up but I didnt complain.Never had a problem with Strange either.I ordered shit from Kung Fu Vampire and they took forever to get my shit.They didnt have the size,so they decided not to call me untill it came in a month later.

Hatchetgear always gets stuff delivered pretty quick Even with the 50% sale. Strange however has taken as long as a month, and sometimes not the right shit, which they just decide to give me something else because it was out of stock.
hatchetgear is fast but the quality of the clothing (especially the jerseys) has been going downhill quickly. Strange is slow but the Jerseys, along with everything else are very high quality.

i'm experiencing the same thing. placed a order during their mega-sale, got a confirmation e-mail that stated i would get another within a few days with a tracking # when it shipped...and than nada.been over a week & im not sure whats goin on w/it.
never ordered from hatchetgear before, but ive ordered countless items off of strange for yyeeaarrss now and never had 1 problem.always arrives in a timely fashion, exactly what i ordered, and very often have had free posters/stickers or autographs thrown in...not the type that gives a shit about an autograph, but i def appreciate the gesture. great business move from their standpoint!

and just think about tha amount of people that ordered stuff during tha juggalo weekend sale plus they probaly diddnt start working on orders until the monday after juggalo weekend plus they had orders before and after juggalo weekend that they still have to do

That's happened a lot to me with my hatchet gear orders. I can understand opening the box to take a peek, but opening the cd plastic makes no sense unless there's a juggalo working there and he just wanted to listen to them. The cds were never scratched and the booklets were fine....at least he took care of them hahha
