A local distributor who always stocks up for record store day things, told me that despite not being able to get anymore copies of ICP’s Great Milenko, they told me their supplier told THEM, that soon it will be released as a normal LP that is not relegated to just one special day of the year. So if you see anyone selling them on ebay or whatever, and they are clearly price gouging, you may want to ignore them and just wait.

On the other hand, I did not ask, nor was I told, what COLOUR the vinyl was going to be for the eventual, normal release of The Great Milenko vinyl. I know most copies for Black Friday were green, but I have seen some red copies on the internet as well. Perhaps the eventual, normal release will just be regular black vinyl. Perhaps the coloured vinyl was only for Black Friday. I have no idea. If that is the case, maybe one would be willing to pay more for coloured wax if coloured wax was limited and is not going to be the norm.

Either way, vinyl heads, keep your eyes peeled. Soon there will be a normal widespread release of The Great Milenko on vinyl. Apparently.
