Ok, so this is gonna be a long story:
I come from a very religious family, but my mom isn’t religious in the sense that she would kick me out or anything because she is a decent human being. I started listening to ICP in roughly 6th grade. I remember trying to hide it from my mom, because she didn’t like music with cussing.
Fast forward a couple of years, I made some friends that liked the music too, and eventually my mom asked me “Does this music have swearing in it?” I lied. She never looked it up until I wanted to go to an ICP concert. I remember her reading an interview on ICP.com outl oud and saying “clitorises and nedens” pronouncing it like KNEE-den. All three of us were cracking up. She eventually didn’t care since she noticed I did well in school and kept going to church.
Fast forward to today, my mom LOVES In Your Face. I remember listening to it in the car when we went to the Grand Canyon in may, and she told me “I want you all to play this at my funeral or at the reception afterwards”.
Also, To Catch a Predator, Zombie Slide, Boing Boing and Vera Lee are the shit!
I told her “Mom, you’re gonna have to put that in your will, because NO ONE is going to believe me when I tell them that”
I believe ya lol… my mom likes Necro’s “I need drugs”, Rehab’s “red water”, laughed at Rydas’ “backdoor rydas”, loves “natural born killers” by Dre n ice cube, and Korn. Shit she got US into Eazy E, guns n roses, too short, 2 live crew, stuff like that. Moms can be cool

My favorites are: Our Hero, Vultures, I Found a Body, Imma Kill UMy least favorite is: Juggalo Island
least favorite? really? i mean to each his own but doesn’t that track make you wanna fire up the bbq, fill up the inflatable pool, grab a bear and a tittie (someone else’s or your own your choice) and just smile
Nope; makes me want to smash things and listen to Riddlebox, in hopes that I can get the sound of Sesame Street Happy Funtime out of my head.
…The skit at the end is gold, though. I’ll give it that.
Thank you – It is like being forced to watch Brokeback Mountain with a dude. Not that there is anything wrong with being gay…but that is what it feels like to me.

“vultures” is the only song on there that has the “classic” icp feel and doesnt sound forced
Same here. Stands out as a creative track with a tight concept, nice flows and a fucking awesome beat. I think that on Vultures and In Yo Face MEC and ICP rose above the sloppiness of this album. I actually felt weird as hell when listening to Death Pop and it was far more thought out and together.
Juggalo Island is as enjoyable as a prison-rape flash-back.![]()

I’d like to add to those two “boing boing” as a definite throwback to the old school of things. It has a “lil sumthin sumthin” feel to it. Other than that “to catch a predator” is my favorite track on the album, I just wish it had a different beat to it

One of my favorite things they (ICP) have been doin with there new shit is the balance of clownyness and wickedness. New albums are like a nicely layered meal, u get ur delicious and greasy main course (murder n such) with a refreshing side salad (clowny/happy shit). These are the analogies i come up with when im hungry, if it doesnt make sense im sorry. If it does, props to you for getting it
