It isn’t about supporting the artist or hurting the artist. I like physical copies of my shit. And I don’t like to illegally download things because it’s stealing. And I refuse to buy mp3’s because I don’t. like. digital. media. If I’m going to buy an album I’d rather spend 30 bucks for a out of print used CD then 10 bucks on a mp3 album. It’s a personal preference, and I’m a collectalo with my cd’s. I’ll never own it all, to be sure, but I’ll get what I can.
