that’s not really how that works. unless they actively use ICP’s song, copy written images, etc? there’s nothing ICP can legally do. They own the rights to the song, and that’s it. they don’t have a permanent claim to the words “sweaty betty”, and even if they did, ICP is an entertainment group, they’d own the rights only within music production. Just because you own a trade mark or copyright in one industry doesn’t mean it extends to other industries. the point of these laws is to stop market confusion. Would anyone confuse this with something iCP has done or will do? would any reasonable person think ICP is somehow involved in a UK based women’s fitness clothing line?
