beats were garbage.. lyrics were good. I'm saying this wicked version was a million times better. Dj clay is still trash. I would have been ok with anybody but clay

I thought beats were fuckin' sick man! People seem to hate on clay like it's a trend... And even if you hate Clay you can't say every beat is shit like everyone does! There was even beats like the track FTFOMF that was made in the style of the track FTFO from his last album and no one hated on the FTFO beat...

Production in my opinion was dope as fuck!

shit sounds like video game samples.. this is basically clays attempt at producing wicked style beats, but he's garbage. who can honestly sit and say they anticipate anything from clay? Let em bleed were average at best. There was maybe 3-4 good beats on this entire album, the rest of the albums beats sucked. All the drums sound the same or have the same vibe

i was gonna do a song by song breakdown but i listened to half of it and am mad disappointed.. i literally lost interest midway through, wtf.. This really makes J look like the brains of the operation, of ICP.. 7 songs deep and every track is a 3/5.. except for one lone 4/5, "too dope"..

bring on the young wicked leak..

The YW album has been leaked for a day or two now. GO LISTEN to that joint ASAP to get the taste of disappointment out of your mouth. Me (don't know why) like a lot of people had high hopes for FTFOMF but like most of the time recently PSY has fallen completely flat on it's face time and time again and I thought well maybe it's just J and his bullshit and Shaggy will pick up the pieces and save it with a bomb ass release we've been waiting over a decade for BUT NO..... As for YW and Return Of The Prodigal Son??? Instant classic right there

Personally I think FTFOMF is way better than YW's album... I mean YW's album is dope but every track is a bit samey for me! No doubt he's dope and can spit but every track it's the same delivery! And fuck, how many times does he say the word 'hater' lol!

Shaggy's album to me was just fuckin' amazing man, and way more diverse and complex than YW's

Both dope albums but Shaggy's is an absolute classic for me! HELL YEAH!!!!!

Also fav tracks on ftfomf...

Foggin' up the Windows... J sounds so dope on that track

Psychopathic Soldier... Shaggy raps like crazy on this, love the aggression

Tonight I'm yours... Love the hook and the different style to this track

Don't ask Me... Just straight up spittin'

Hell yeah!!!!!

Its been out longer than that from what I heard. I got it Monday and the guy told me he had it for over a week lol. YW clearly trusted the wrong person with his shit...

I've gotten up to Dickhead. Like everything so far except the title track. Thought the beat on that was atrocious.

Too Dope is an instant classic. Sounds "Riddleboxy"

It's time for beer and wings then back to listening.

Let me know what you think of the rest of it...

Shaggy's humming at the end of 'Dickhead' reminded me of 'Haunted Bumps' from 'The Tempest' haha :)

It's pretty disappointing DJ Clay produced the album. I haven't liked any of his albums, and his remixes are awful. However, I gotta admit he did a pretty good job with some of the songs on ftfomf. FTFOMF, Electric Kool-Aid, Don't Ask Me, Tell These Bitches, and Too Dope are all so fresh I'm glad we got these versions of them. Clay definitely stepped up his game for this record, but it would've been amazing to have YW and 2 Dope on some Phantom EP style shit

im conflicted.... a lot of songs are missing energy is the only way i can explain it, as soon as the 'too dope' single droped i had a funny feeling tht was the best track on the album an no other track will be even half as good(we all know psy history of releasing shitty singles)Ive only listened once while playing zelda botw on pc on  a emulator but stand out tracks are foggin up the window, dickhead, strecth nuts, too dope of course and psychopathic soldier other then that meh, hope it chaanges once i smoke an give it  listen with headphones on...Did anyone else notice on some of the tracks the unclean vocals like the song was half ass kinda redid to fit in with clays beat? For any engineers on here, legaly is wicked makes a beat under contract or whatever does he own the rights  and psy would have had 2 pay him royalites?(grammer spelling nazis im tired fuck off) i dnt buy that oh were so pissed were gonna ditch young dicheads beats/production.. i love clay but something tells me he produced too dope an clay just altered it

To all the people that don't get the hate on DJ Clays production,

go listen to his mix of "24" off the Hells pit remix album. I actually liked it quite

a lot but, It sounds Exactly the same as all the beats on this 2Dope joint.

The Dude did rock a couple of these tracks pretty good, but a producer without

range or depth is 1 dimensional. Think about how many Styles Mike Clark managed

to pump out on one record. You can distinguish his beats but not because they all

sound the same, its because he has a style. Clay is a one trick pony. And I'm not

going to hate on Clay for that because we don't know the circumstances of what

went on behind the scenes during the duration of making this record. It's cohesive

but just lacks range.

Y'all didn't ask but here's A little info and my 2 cents.

Shaggy & Clay produced this album, not just Clay. They used an old school drum machine, Clay used Digital turntables and Shaggy used OG Turntables simultaneously. That's why it's extremely Sample heavy. Pretty sure Shaggs was going for that Old School Hip Hop feel with Modern production. I think they nailed that.

I enjoy the whole album, Revolution 17 is the only track i don't like. Otherwise, This is a SOLID Clown release. IMO. I'm happy with it and I think Joey deserves his time to shine.

P.S. someone mentioned Shaggs humming on one song and sounding like Haunted Bumps, that's not Shaggy humming. It's a turntable sample of Haunted Bumps. That is all. Talk to y'all next year or so...lol

I was wrong so I wanted to come back and own my mistake.

That is not a sample of Haunted Bumps, it's actually Shaggy going NA NA NA NA NA.

No biggie but I wanted to own my fuck up.

The fact that you called it out as a "turntable sample" was enough to discredit your "information" but that is big of you.
