Dude, the last strange release I bought was Ces. For some reason the new Tech shit I ain’t feelin, and I LIKED All 6’s and 7’s. But since Klusterfuk I haven’t been feeling it. I will admit the new Mayday is sick too. But I will continue buying anything Ces puts out because those muhfuckas can rap! Also I feel like whenever Tech is on other people’s songs he’s killin it, but on his own he is slippin. Therapy seems promising though.

I feel like everyone is pre-wraith or whatever. Am I the only person who liked pre-tempest the most? I thought The Wraith albums were amazing. I even liked the calm (as I have stated before)

Now that being said, I don’t think ICP’s new music is straight poop, it’s just not straight fire.

Skin a Chicken, kick ya dick in! Haha I love kickin kickin.

Also Playin in the Woods reminds me of Mr. Happy 2

Bazooka Joey, Kickin Kickin, The Blasta, When I’m Clownin, Juggalo Juice, Skreem, basically every track but ghetto rainbows, hate her to death, and daisies are pure fucking awesome on mdp. And i like daisies, it just isnt pure awesome.

I do love the premise of daisies:  that something beautiful can come out of complete desolation. A very good metaphor that can be applied to many things

Completely un relatable for me. I’ve been with the same girl happily for four years.

I thought Dog Catcher was a nice callback to The Calm. When they named checked him on that disc, I didn’t even know who he was. I don’t even know if I would have ever known who he was outside the context of ICP. So to me, it made perfect sense. Good song too, I’ve heard those horns sampled dozens of times but MEC put a nice spin on that loop. Way better than Shooting Stars in my opinion.

Its hard to stay timeless. I say fuck it, no sense in trying too hard. We all hear like some old school gangsta tracks and the rapper mentions a reference that we don’t know, because it was either before our time or not in our sector etc. It is cool, cus if you care enough then you get to do some research (a fucking cinch these days, internet everywhere).

I thought randomly today about “Halls of Illusion”: “when they were kids you’d beat em and leave em home/ and even whip em with the cord on the telephone!-” I’m sure J wasn’t considering that corded phones would be fucking history years later. Some kid hears than and is like “cord? What dat?” Its hard to stay timeless.

Do all of y’all know who the fuck Menudo is? I didn’t til my oldest brother giggled during “Down With the Clown” n dropped the knowledge.

Its 2022 and a 17 year old kid just copped the first card of ICP’s Third Deck, “The Spectacular Europa Pop” and is like whoa! I love this, I wonder what their last deck was like?

Okay funny intro… “cut em up Chuck!”… “wit a goddamned BAZOOKA!”… damn this slow one is the shit, lemme peep my brainwave internet to see yep there’s a video! Hot chick in it… wow there’s rainbows in the ghetto? Fuck me!.. who the hell is Dog the Bounty Hunter… brainwave scan: racist blonde weirdo from that wack ass reality TV era… nice
