I saw your question and I signed up to answer it.
I live in Germany and I remember taking the cover incl the text to a mosque I was going to and showed it to the Immam there and others.
Basically what they told me is, that this is a religious meaning (shocker), a “sure” so to say but only a part of it. Roughly translated it means something along the lines of “3 more leaves have to fall” .
It was something that has been on my mind back in the day either, hence me asking them. Dunno if you already tried google translate and if that worked as well. But this is the exact meaning in english.

Tha symbols inside Tales is some Egyptian shit obviously but I have no idea what they could mean.lol Tha symbols in Black Rain tho are all Buddhist type shit (maybe Hindu). That would make sense since tha ruins in tha booklet are from Angkor Wat, an ancient ruin in Cambodia.

I know that the Black Rain album is just random ancient symbols. Each have their own meaning but it doesn’t translate into any message.
A few of them are in the Ancient Secret Signs & Symbols Encyclopedia I have.
I’ll check them out again when I’m home.

I took it to my local liquor store about a decade ago and they said it had something to do with playing cards. I don’t remember exactly what they said but it somewhat made sense as it pertains to the joker’s cards concept. That’s all I got on that.

nah, the “leaves” bit is actually a persian dialect of arabic which can also be a type of playing cards.
It’s a little more poetic than three leaves have to fall. I forget the exact translation I got from an arabic professor at my school when writing about the milenko album in my mythology class but it came out sort of like
and the sky will fall when three more faces appear on leaves / cards, if I remember correctly. The teacher thought it was gibberish and i was like no no that makes perfect sense.
