it's not the fact that its Doe Dubbla. its the fact that this isn't some “mystery” artist like PSY claims.  First of all, in Violent J's little statement about twiztid last month, it was already stated that Doe was on the label….people are expecting someone we've never heard before- like when Boondox came on the scene….this though insults my intelligence.

Exactly this. I was hoping for a NEW, FRESH artist.

I'll hold off on the hate until i hear the album though…

People really need to lay off on being so judgemental before even hearing any material.

Every new artist to ever grace PSY's Roster, their debut album has been their best work Past/Future, im sure the same will hold true for this new entity regardless if its doe or someone else.

I'm rooting for the Dubbla!cool

You make an excellent point.

Twiztid's mostasteless is still my fav album of all time.

When i was a teenager, freekshow was the shit.

Now that i feel like an old ass man, i dont really dig any of the tracks.

It seems like too much of an act and not Paul and Jamie.

Its like psychopathic was really pushing to make these guys a hit with the juggalos and it shows now.

I agree about your Freekshow view for the most part. Its the album I listen to the least. Gotta have some nostalgic love for Maniac Killa though… and there are good tracks almost all of them, but it has an air of an act, yes. Mostasteless and Mirror Mirror on each end of the spectrum, seem more personal and creative.

Obviously not but they've never shown interest in doing it.

Paul and Jamie did the green book which is basically them being themselves talking about real life shit.

To me, freekshow looked like a cash grab that J had creative control over because he knew the juggalos ( me included ) would buy the fuck out of it.

It was a perfect idea from a business stand point.

“Behind the Paint”, “Life at Risk”, “Gone” could perhaps be Joe and/or Joey at their least circus exaggerated modes. “Take Me Home” too maybe.

I cannot believe how much of a masterpiece mirror mirror is with the next to no publicity it got.

I remember going to my local music store just to check out the psychopathic selection and seeing the cover for it and having NO idea what it was. I bought that shit instantly and it didnt leave my cd player for months.

i liked mostasteless and freek show, but i felt green book was where they really came into their own. it didnt sound forced or even an “act” it sounded like jamie and paul doing them.

I think J has too much creative control in the label, i think if he stood back just a little bit and the let the artist do their thing it would help the label alot.

Also i don't think its EVER been Joe and Joey. J has always had like 95% of the lyrics. he is a mic hog and any juggalo who doesnt think so should go back and listen all the way back to the 90s and the early shit.

Ive always felt that joey is more like J's sidekick then equal artist.

Yeah he’s a mic hog fo sho lol.. Shaggy is almost just a hype man sometimes. But peep FTFO album, that’s one of the best PSY releases ever… 2 Dope at his best… it would be cool if they flipped shit for a bit on a tour and have J n Shaggs track battles, like j does “the loons” then 2 Dope replies with “southwest strangla”… back n forth… “the juggla” vs “fuck off!”… “my axe” vs “stomp”… just keep it creative
