Idk man,I know a allota people that arnt juggalos that liked Death pop tho…My old boss loved the shit outta Ghetto Rainbows, juggalo juice an all that shit.

so then, if icp makes a song that a non-juggalo likes, it must suck?

death pop was the shit.  i dont know what band youve been following all these years.

Mr.Bitches saChainsbuilt there whole fanbase by makin Raw ass music…Then suddenly stopped after hells Pit…Listen to Death Pop,Then Throw Riddlebox on…There new shit sounds like Kidz Bop 27,Soft as shit…Other than a song here and there,ICP lost me

Night of the Chainsaw?

Chris Benoit? (An entire article was written about how a non-Juggalo fan felt that ICP making that song was just going too far, considering the Benoit reality.)

The Blasta? (Would a post-Columbine country play this on 95.5 WFAG?)

etc etc….

Hell’s Pit was purposely made to be their darkest album. If that was their intention, to solidly the legacy of their six Jokers Cards, then no album SHOULD be as dark as that. It would weaken the impact of an entire album about Hell on Earth and below.

Its still meant to be cartoonish as well. Its like the Mortal Kombat of hip hop: yes their is insane gore, but it was INTENDED to be over the top, crimson-blanketed screens full of digitized characters in flamboyantly stylized costumes. Its a damn video game, unrealistic and made that way to remind the players what it is. There are other more darker games, in which the violence is treated in a different tone. But ICP is what they is: the MK of hip-hop. Maybe once in awhile their music deviates from the over saturation of fatalities to a “FRIENDSHIP” to keep things interesting, like “Juggalo Island” . And that’s their choice. You don’t like it when Scorpion (2 Dope) pulls his face off and burns Kung Lao (redneck, pedophile, cop)? Then have him give him a Scorpion doll in a FRIENDSHIP FRIENDSHIP (“Ghetto Rainbows”). The choice is yours. Just buy the album, edit the tracks that are raw enough for you, then forget that the happy friendly shit even existed.

Thanks fellas.

Feel free to laugh at this next analogy, because I know I am hahaha:

ICP = The MK of Hip Hop

AMB = The Shaq-Fu of Hip Hop

See I agree the albums between Hell’s pit and MDP had barely handfuls of songs that were bangin…but when you say MDP it makes me think “damn nigga hang it up and quit bitchin…ICP is NEVER gonna be good to you again” I liked MDP and the features they’ve done. ESPECIALLY there recent hilarious verses on AMB’s Garcia Bros
