Good interview. Good questions. Keep it up. The more you do it the better it’ll get.

(I’m at work so I only read the transcript. I haven’t listened to the audio.)

I listened to it when it first showed up on youtube, for your first “in person” interview it was pretty good. As for Big Hoodoo’s answers i thought he did a good job explaining himself.

Yeah I saw that but it wasn’t media, right? Just a magazine with only the write up. I could be wrong though, never glanced at those guys before. Figured it was just an online actual magazine.

Not to go off topic here (Good work on the write-up so far, I’m about half way through), but when the hell did Peabody’s close? And why? Never been the same since they moved out of the flats, but still an iconic venue for Cleveland’s music scene.

About a few months ago homie. I was there for KMFDM which was the last week it was open. They’re tearing it down to make more bullshit room for CSU. Although the building was cruddy and management sometimes treated their acts like poop, the layout was awesome (except for when the dicks had a huge act playing and only half of the building open so everyone was jammed into corners). I guess management switched to Agora but it doesn’t really matter much. I miss Peabody’s lol.

Well ain’t that about a bitch? I was just there last year for Head 2 Hed. This is the second time that freakin’ place has closed up shop without me finding out until after the fact. I completely hear you regarding when they’d shut half of it down for big acts, it’s like, the more people they had in the building, the more they wanted to compress them. Shit. I mean, I’m glad Agora is still going strong and all, speaking of iconic venues… But new Peabody’s was never quite as good as the old one anyhow. Well, considering ‘shroomhead put Peabody’s on the map; I wonder how much longer they last now that their ‘home’ is gone (especially considering the internal strife there’s been in the past couple years).
