it’s unfair to compare it to classics from the first deck imo. But I think this song needs to be heard in succession with the rest of the album. Those speaking on the energy perhaps it follows up a few high energy or rock heavy tracks and it could serve as a mellow creepy interim. Who knows I’m always up for some new ICP. Bang Pow Boom and TMML: Found are the only albums of theirs that I didn’t like more than a handful of tracks from. All their other major projects and most EPs and compilations have been jamming imo.

I wasn’t sure about this song at first as I’m not usually into slow songs, but once I saw the lyric video every time I listened to it I liked it more. I love the story and it sounds like a lullaby a doll that wants you dead would sing to you. I think it’s creepy and awesome now.
