he basically said good luck building a label and starting from scratch but your going to fail miserably and be back on psychopathic within a few years.
but he said it nicely
Dont forget twiztid was there most of those 20 years. They help build the label to.
Not as much as J but they where still witness to every make or fail

Twiztid had said very little. And what they did was very vague. They were scared of reactions if they said the wrong thing. They don't have to keep their mouth shut untill they're officially released from the lable. They have freedom if speech anytime they want to use it. Violent J took the time to adress all the fans finnaly. Which is fuckin pathetic considering it was Twiztid's choice to leave, not his. Why is he explaining shit and not them? Answer: they're cowards. Oh "we don't want people to focus in why they left, we want them to focus on where we're going" lol. Most bullshit answer possible. J gave the most real ass answer ever, "too many hands in their cookie jar" (which is what Iv said this whole time is why they left)

other than that cookie jar line, he didnt particularly get into why they left. i, myself, feel like theres probably more to it than that.
my homie [mmmmbrainz, actually] has a really elegant theory about it, but its a theory which, if correct, would legitimately do damage if it was common knowledge.
before i heard this idea, i also figured there was no possible reason for twiztid to keep their mouths shut and not exercise freedom of speech. i was incorrect, theres scores of possible reasons. i just didnt think of them.
awfully paranoid, arent you?

C'mon man lol. Even if its true there's no proof. Just speculation. So why not share? I'm deff interested.
im trying to think of some vague way of alluding to it that will allow you to draw a conclusion...
how about this: most of us are assuming that the major forces at play here are icps will, and twiztids will. but, there are larger and more constraining forces than that.
if those factors are applicable to this situation, they could very easily narrow down twiztids available options.
yeah, that tells you nothing, but it might lead you to think about the limits of icp and twiztids power. given those limitations, theres probably more than a few scenarios in which twiztids hands are tied.

twiztid and blaze will fail if they start their own label. J is aggressive enuff to do it and get it where he wants it, but twiztid and blaze are just average guys who aren't gonna demand anything like J would. best if they sign with a major. either way they will be back. boondox too if he gets sick of working at burger king.

What power? They paint their faces and throw pop around anything u say wont effect our thoughts feelings toward them or our delicate psyches
literally nothing at all should affect us, with the exception of the frail ones, who wanna go on hunger strike, or kill themselves or some such dumb shit.
im guessing that by the time of the gathering, well have as much of the full picture as we will ever get. barring that, not much point in trippin on it.

i think that line was more about how juggalos are doing crimes out there like murders and stuff and they are claiming to be hardcore juggalos and twiztid and icp carry that blame, which is dumb, they always said let the music do the killing.
i liked the interview, but J is right...its not that easy to start your own label, ya you can make websites and make yourself look professional like every asshole in the internet does, but to make serious moves and be a major player it takes money and like someone else said you gotta be aggressive and not take shit.
twiztid is gonna need a bizness minded guy to run their company cuz they are musicians at heart, J is like a vince mcmahon genius who took over the underground scene.
its gonna be hard for twiztid to even record new music, i never thought of that...they always used the lotus pod which i know didnt cost them...now they need a studio and a good engineer...they should go to their old homies, just get Mike p to be an engineer and get Alex Abbiss to run the company lol, i know its not gonna happen but i can dream lol.
i really see twiztid goin to strange music or subnoize...but subnoize needs a label name change, without kmk who the fuck is repping suburban on the label lol, Tha Noize sounds better with swollen and twiztid on the same label would be sick

o yea, and at least J explained the Joker Cards boxset, they DONT OWN the rights to their old albums, i never see them selling them on their hatchet store online. i knew Jive and Hollywood wouldnt let go of those money makers. same with Def Jam / Island....those albums have to make them a couple hundred thousand a year and we know ICP aint gonna shell out that money to buy the albums back, thats like the money it cost to do the gathering, but i think it would be a wise investment cuz they could press up all the old shit and make the money cuz we all know "the tempest" and "bang pow boom" aint bringin in that much money as theyd like them to
