I'm always gonna be a juggalo even if Psychopathic closes up shop there will be ink on my skin when I'm DEAD IN THE GROUND, I think what's kept me a lo for 13 years now is I never burned myself out on it I gotta have variety plus Twiztid is the only act ive gotten into besides the clowns since the Def Jam days. Its the "THIS IS SO CRAZY AND VIOLENT AND FUNNY IM NOT JAMMING ANYTHING ELSE" mentality that causes all the folks to burn themselves out. And I always hated the "waah they're getting too famous" bitches its like have they not noticed ICP been off and on MTV news and various other mainstream news outlets since Milenko.

ive ben a juggalo for 7 years now and i plan on remaining a juggalo and part of this dark carnival experience for the rest of my life. the music made by icp and the rest of the hatchet have really helped me through some hard shit in life. i feel like a lot of people are losing focus on the music and seeing being a juggalo or juggalette as a type of fashion.no matter what happens ill always be a juggalo  its the greatest thing in the world

Been down since '94.  I wouldn't say I drop the hatchet, just laid it down for a while. After the 6th jokers Card it was like " Okay what now"? Solo's, Dark Lotus were cool. But The Calm, eye of the Storm, Tempest and Bang Pow Boom were lame. Sure there was a couple good tracks, but it was like ICP had said what they needed to say. Then on top of that, I got married and had a child, so my life had changed also. If It wasn't for two my homies always keeping updated with ICP I would have dropped the hatchet or laid it to rest for good.

It took me two years after BPB came out to buy it. It's a hit and miss album for me. But after hearing some the Death Pop snippets and my son being older, and again my life has changed (divorced) ICP is growing on me again. I bought my first ICP shirt since 2002. I plan on going to Hallowicked for the first time since 2006. ( Boy I felt old then)

Also I just think music in general sucks now. the 90's rock scene was badass. The rap scene in the 90's was better. They all had a deep message.

I just hope the Clowns stay away from the BPB sounds on their future albums. I didn't like the track "The Bone" because of the beat and the hook. I didn't like BPB song because of the beat. or Love, because it wasn't wicked, the beat was ok. Miracles....I'm Atheist so that makes part of ICP hard for me to listen to. However the track on Death Pop "Where's God" sounded dope.

Well I said my piece MCL from this 38 year old Juggalo Dad.

There's two sets of juggalos because there's two sets of ICP. The 90's hardcore f the world era of ICP and the 00's family soft sellout singing smoking weed we love the world era of ICP. They're different from each other and so are the fanbases. ICP used to mock what they eventually became and now don't like who they used to be. Guess that's the story of all of us when we get older if we were rebellious. So I understand. It's like you rebel so long you end up hating yourself and wanna be more positive.

The juggalos from the 90's were more aggressive and in it for the hardcore music and jokes. They weren't looking for ICP to change their lives with messages and once the music started slippin' most left. 00's+ juggalos are in it for the message and a place to belong. Seems like the music is secondary to the lifestyle these days. Back then juggalo chants were random stuff to entertain ourselves and make ourselves laugh. Now it's all just family chants. Even ICP barely cracks jokes anymore in songs because they themselves take themselves more seriously where as back in the day every song they did was humorous. Their motto back then was 'we don't keep it real, we keep it entertaining". Now it's the opposite. They lived the insane clown don't give a fuck gimmick back then where as now they want to be accepted and normal. Plus J started smoking weed around Shangri-La and started getting real soft along with raising a family.

People in either camp shouldn't be fighting though. What's the point? Like what you like and leave it at that.

I don't know why they'd still claim that considering 98% their music for years now has been neither, wicked, funny, or entertaining. It's like ICP's music these days is made for J's own kids and kids in general. Or they're rapping about how cool they are and how great everything is when back in the day it was the opposite. Even JCW used to be funny entertaining when it was championshit. Now it's just some low budget indy show that nobody really cares about anymore and isn't entertaining from anything I've seen. Though Corp shares the blame in ruining that.I wouldn't doubt that JCW vol. 1-3 have sold more than all of the recent JCW DVD's combined.

Maybe MDP will get them back on track but a lot of the snippets I heard was more corny happy stuff so my expectations aren't high. I mean J thinks Bang Pow Boom sounds like the old stuff for goodness sakes.

I like both "sets" of icp. They've made some songs I don't like but so has korn. I will always listen to icp even when they suck. I do miss the old sound but they wanted to change. Support it or don't. Hide the hatchet if ur ashamed.
