ALL original beats jacked by Psychopathic Rydas

So here’s a complete list of the original beats used by the Rydas. I’m quite confident that this list is exhaustive and correct (unless some of the cited songs also just jacked the beats, but I don’t think so. If so, corrections are welcome).

FLH used to have a section about this (does it still exist?). Props to whoever put that one together! It was obviously the basis for this.

There are also some corrections to previous lists. For example, people used to think the beat used on Run That was Leave Me Alone [Peanut Butter Wolf Remix] by Kool Keith, but it only has the same sample the actual one uses (would have been funny though, because that’s the song that includes Keith’s infamous line “I don’t wanna meet Insane Clown Posse and collaborate”).
Also, I’m not sure whether the No Luv beat was known before, and I’ve seen What Rydas Do Fo’ Money listed as What People Do For Money by Divine Sounds, which only is the basis the actual song the beat is taken from uses.

Very appreciative of this thread, thanks!

And Ice Cube definitely has the most beats.

Can’t wait for that ABK (I mean Sawed Off) to come out on physical. Haven’t seen any of the ones that supposedly shipped with the Warrior Spot back-orders on Ebay yet.

There were 3! Rydaz 4 LifeReloaded, and a collab album with T.O.N.E-z oddly, called Twin Gats: The Lost Sessions.

https://www.discogs.com/Twin-Gatz-Reloaded/release/10660539

https://www.discogs.com/TONE-z-Myzery-Twin-Gats-The-Lost-Sessions-Collectors-Edition/release/9722190

But they didn’t really feel like they were done under his Ryda persona. It felt like Myzery was just doing Myzery with a different name on the cover. A bunch of his homies were all over the albums and they didn’t have alter egos as far as I remember. Felt like he just wanted to cling on to the “Rydas” name, calling his collective Spanish Side Rydaz, but not really taking place in the Rydas universe, if that makes sense.

That’s why I didn’t bother tracking down the beats. However, if somebody else has them figured out, please do share!

Also, does anybody know what that Twin Gats project with T.O.N.E-z was all about? I know he was part of Myzery’s crew back then, but it’s still odd. Was Twin Gats supposed to be their group name?

Was the Twin Gatz album done in the “jacked beat” style of the previous Rydas tracks?

I was 1000% unaware than TONE-Z was involved with Myzery in any way. Very small world.

He was involved in Gangstagrass’ best album then pretty much never rapped much with Rench and his crew again.

Yes they all had jacked beats, and the one with Tonez was called The Lost Sessions & it featured all of the actual “Rydas style” singles he had dropped plus a few featuring Tonez, the entirety of the previous Twin Gatz mixtapes were just just unrelated ghetto rap shit with his boys but on those few tracks he actually rapped as Twin Gatz, solo, and mentioned Bullet, Full Clip & the rest often in clever ways. I’ll try to find them.

Yeah, it’s interesting. I guess he was part of the Spanish Side Rydaz crew for a second. Myzery was also on a bunch of TONEz mixtapes during that era and TONEz is in this classic video of the whole crew freestyling:

Well, I got some good news for you then, because that’s not true! That album happened in 2010 (as well as their selftitled album which also featured him) and since then TONEz has appeared on the following albums of theirs: Rappalachia (2012), Broken Hearts And Stolen Money (2014), American Music (2015).
And in 2019 T.O.N.E-z released an EP produced by Rench called Barz Over Banjos, although I don’t know if these were new songs or unreleased ones. But I guess I don’t have a reason to doubt that they are new ones, other than the cheap marketing, but that’s just TONEz being TONEz.

Not really, The Lost Sessions is a collaboration album that features T.O.N.E-z on every single song. That’s why it feels like they repurposed the name as a group name. To be honest, Twin Gatz is kind of a weird name for a solo rapper anyways, dope name for a duo, tho. Makes me think of Mr. Y.U.G.’s old group 2winn Gunnz.

Damn I even heard those albums and didn’t realize. I know that Tone-Z isn’t on their new stuff. Which is good, but I really liked him on their debut. That album is fantastic. The two new rappers sound similar to him in ways.

Dolio the Sleuth and R-SON have taken over the rapping mostly.
