a quick Google search says there are only 11,285 homeless people in all of Russia and 3,065 in Japan
America has 653,104 and you are one of those people.
the only countries that have zero percent homelessness are Vatican City and Bhutan

the streets are clean and no homeless people are living on the streets they live in shelters because Putin cares about his citizens even the homeless ones.
