Taking everything literal is unintelligent. I don't think intelligence is easily measured and I think it's something that can be lost and I feel that rather than maintaining your intelligence you used your golden star validation numbers to be your confirmation so you don't have to put in the effort of thinking logically. Rather than prove yourself, it's easier to lean on this.
I fail to believe that you take everything literal with how sarcastic your wife can be. I think you pick and choose to validate your view. That's not intelligent, that's moronically petty. And if you really can't tell what is to be taken literally or not, then you are stupid. Thus giving another example on why I don't respect IQ tests.

Logic is absolutely literal. All I do is work with logic every day. I was hired specifically because of my logical thinking. I am constantly invited to teach at programming conferences around the nation specifically because of my grasp of true boolean and monotonic logic. There are very distinct equations and algorithms that define it. Inference is used in inductive reasoning, not logic.
That being said, I may agree if you said I lacked inductive reasoning or common sense but not that I was lacking in logical thinking.

You equating computer logic with logical thought shows that you severely lack it. Perhaps you're autistic. Or perhaps you're just full of shit.

Human brains have built in biases (the psychological kind not the kind i normally accuse you of having) which prevent us from ever being truly logical. We aren't computers that crunch out information solutions. Our brains aren't built for it.

I support him because I considered him the most secular, constitutional candidate in the last presidential election (and think he'll likely represent that in 2020). I expect the commander of our armed forces to keep some things to himself, and am not looking to him as a new dad. I couldn't disagree with your cited statistics more if you provided a source link to CNN.
Constitutional. Right. Like we haven't had a literal expert in constitutional law in office for 8 years. Trumps illiterate ass probably hasn't even had it summarized into bullet points but he's the bestest in the whole world and Obama is just uppity right? Pretending like he went to Harvard and studied the constitution with more depth and focus than you've ever read any single document.
It would be hilarious the way you justify his constant lying and ineptitude if it wasn't frankly so sad. I get that it's getting harder and harder to justify supporting this garbage fire you've started but the blatant ignorance and prejudiced you've shown here is remarkable.
Better watch out tho cuz Obama is gonna take way your guns and force you to gay marry a Muslim in a Mexican church.

I doubt she understands the constitution very well.
First off, the unbalanced powers in the white house falling in favor of the Executive branch has been the biggest breach of our constitution that's been going on for years. I highly doubt power hungry Donald is willing to hand back his unconstitutional powers. In fact, their blind idol worship of the president shows that they are in favor of this.
Second off, amendments are meant to be amended when found flawed. That's why they are called amendments. Like, I don't know, amending the second amendment to keep guns out of the hands of deranged sociopaths is not unconstitutional at all.
Now, if one were to push back against amending the 2nd amendment, cool. Speak your peace, there's plenty of reasons to do so. But let's not lean on this lazy narrative because you don't understand the constitution as well as you think.

Autistic? I cannot be sure that autism is even real.
Of course that was just an online test and I have doubts that it is even accurate. So it is possible that with the autistic option removed what remains is the "full of shit" option, though there may be other options to be considered. I'm not sure.
Anyway, I don't see a difference in any form of logic. Logic is absolute, defined, and universal. I believe (my opinion of course) that most people confuse logical thought with inductive and deductive reasoning. The various forms of reasoning utilize inference of contextual meaning while logic draws conclusions from a set of premises, without reference to meaning or context. It is difficult to get a good definition of the mutiple forms of thought since it seems to be defined in many different ways. If you go by the etymology of the word, then you are correct, @lucem-ferre . The word logic comes from the latin logos which is the art of reasoning. I have never been good at things that involves the art of anything.
Maybe this is why I do so well in science and math and so horribly in literary disciplines. For context, or at least my attempt of context, I took the SAT back when there were only two sections - math and verbal. I scored an 1120. Perfect 800 in math and a 320 in verbal. Funny thing is that I thought I aced the verbal part too. Maybe that is why I was always in remedial english classes but grades ahead in science and math. I'm sure people on the forum have noticed that I have what has been called a unique style of writing which I have found that english teachers seem to hate.
In the end, I think you and I speak two different languages. My language suits me and my life well since it leads to the success in my chosen career and hobbies. I am pretty sure, not positive, that your language and thought serves you well too. It's just natural that the mind gravitates towards a system that works within the environment it places itself.
P.S. And to keep this political ...

On a good day Obama was a socialist. Hope the door hit him on the way out. Funny Psyral's being called "Perhaps... autistic" when the only autistic screeching on here seems to be coming from triggered, drug-addled leftists. Regarding the U.S. Constitution (and everything else) I'm Libertarian, so I support the idea that what someone imbibes is their business, just like how someone votes is their business. Please continue trying to push your addictions and political views down other people's throats, though. Your half-assed propaganda and trolling is on the blooper reel for my next Bilderberg conference.

Oh and that pic of Trump blowing his brains out is real cool, like, I never knew suicide would be a laughing matter for a liberal. Thought your kind was all politically correct and shit? Maybe you just a hypocrite and dont believe in 90% of what you preach.

The pic is from a punk band called municipal waste. Go cry to them about it.
You guys hate political correctness but cry when people are offensive to you. That's not my problem. You guys won. No more political correctness.
Trump is a blatantly racist, homophobic, sexist, child molester piece of shit who violates the constitution on a daily basis. If it offends you that people don't like him, i don't know what to tell you, maybe don't post on a message board dedicated to rappers who make fun of suicide on multiple albums.
This is what you wanted but you can't even bring yourself to enjoy it. You won. Smile.

Does Noah just throw shit and assume stuff all the time? I ain't a Trump supporter you bafoon. If anything I supported Jill Stein over Sanders, Hilary and Trump. Raise your fist in protest and drown yourself out in your echo chamber following your one way street to ignorance. That's how you get to oblivion quicker.

And look, don't get me wrong. As a general rule, if anybody told me they were thinking about suicide, I would help them find a will to live if they wanted it. But I also support assisted suicide. Your body, your choice. And if this cowardly racist peice of shit decided it was his only way out, I would offer to buy the bullet. We could stage it as an art piece.
