If the FBI/CIA/NSA have anything, good or bad for the administration about this, they need to be fully transparent before the election. Many people running for seats this go around are involved and don't want it coming out before. Democrats and Republicans. This seems (per the release yesterday by the DNI) to involve Biden, Obama, top tier CIA and FBI, several members of congress (mostly Democrats but a few Republicans) and of course Hillary.

Wray will resign today (My speculation only). It will be announced at 10 AM EST. (again, just my prediction)

My speculation on Wray was wrong. It looks like the DOJ announcement had nothing to do with my prediction. It is all about recent indictments against terrorists.
