Anyone else hyped about these recent announcements here?

Twiztid is about to drop a HOK/SWK themed album for us to bump for the season.

Monoxide already announced in his Brunch & Bake that there are TWO full new Twiztid LPs
No titles yet but one of them will be “rock”, which I’m speculating is the one dropping first due to the most recent single

Rose Petal which was dope (besides that chorus IMO), then another new Twiztid record with rap.

Also that new Freek Show tape of unreleased shit?

I’m stoked!

Clown love forever but ALL this sounds a lot fresher than a Yum Yum Flower 🤣

I haven't really liked Twiztid's new sound.

I AM interested in the HOK/SWK though.

I like Jamie and Paul more as people than as Twiztid

their last good album was Abominations since then music wise nothing has impressed me the slightest

but Astronomicon and haunted high ons and the stuff they did outside of music does impress me and I feel they should more focus on that then being Twiztid going forward.

if they want to be Twiztid I feel they need to work with ICP if not just do HOK/SWK stuff and drop the name Twiztid it's too connected to the ICP mythos.

That's dope that they are separating the two because most of the time I don't like their rock tracks. Hungry Like The Wolf did grow on me a bunch after hearing it in the whip. Rose Petals...not a fan lol. Ive always loved Darkness from Green Book so I guess it depends for me.

You see the same comment "They are appealing to the warp tour crowd" but they've been infusing rock since the very beginning and I get that they want a lil something for everyone on their albums so I'm cool with just skipping a track or two. This way I can just skip the whole album like Mutant.

Mufuckers still rap their assess off...better than 90 percent of the people I see on YouTube trending.

And yes I'm always down for some dark ass SWK.

I remember back in the day Mono saying something about independents day being a trilogy, that is something I would love to see come to fruition. A ton of hard as fuck tracks packed with features.

Oh shit, the Halloween one is out! It’s got some Krazees shit but mostly it’s a MNE collab record.

Songs of Samhain EP is incredible! Perfect soundtrack for the Halloween season. According to Mono on a recent Facebook live video he said the CD is limited to 1000 copies then it's gone. MNE always has a stacked October and this year is no different. Looking forward to that new Twiztid rap album too. They've done some cool rock tracks throughout the years but I definitely like their rap material better.

On the cool i'll have to agree with this. Ive been listening to them since they first came out on Psy and have or have heard all their albums and along the way theres some hits and misses but this album is right on and the whole MNE crew being on there adds to the flavor. I think more "Crews" "labels" should do this type of stuff.
